The staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and spacious, which came with both a fridge and microwave. Conveniently located in downtown Hamilton just off the highway. Would stay again!

This hotel was perfect for our one night stay. Parking was easy in their paid underground lot. The desk staff were kind. And the complimentary breakfast was fresh. Would stay again! Next year for Around the Bay it would be cool to see a late checkout offered for runners.

Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Downtown is a short pleasant walk away, and there are nice restaurants and a convenience store next door. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is well laid out and no shortage of anything. Coffee is very good and there was a good black tea offering.
