room was clean and comfortable

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. A few minor points to mention: slippers and toothpaste were not provided, water bottles were not available in the room. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.

Everything was great! There was a broken door handle on a closet. Otherwise everything was great!

They had a planned power outage from 11:00 - 4:30am. We asked what that ment and was told it would not affect us. Well it did power was completely out. I am traveling with my special needs daughter who uses a sleeping machine and who’s CPTSD is triggered by power outages. If we had been told ahead of time we would have made other decisions.

Stayed 1 night to go to a concert - awesome location, close to TD coliseum and walking distance to GO train . Room was updated and clean. Continental breakfast was small but had good selection and was decent overall. Would definitely stay again If i need to go to Hamilton.

Staff was lovely and the room was in great shape. Very clean. Convenient location with a bus stop for the 11 line right across the street. Breakfast options were a bit basic, but all fresh! I had an excellent stay overall.

Great breakfast, helpful staff. Only the pool was kind of cold for the temperature. Great location too!
