The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were outstanding - Very helpful and courteous. The hotel is located in a convenient area for fast food, restaurants and shops. Many of the cities top sites can be reached by walking within 20 minutes. I would recommend it to anybody visiting Vancouver.

Everything was fine once the check-in happened. They couldn't find my check in and I waited around the lobby for close to an hour before i finally went to my son's room. We had a game to go to at 4 pm and we received a phone call that my check in was ready but when i went down it still took about 20 minutes. At one point I suggested they just give me my prepaid money back and I would sleep on the couch in my son's room, but that wasn't going to happen!

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed amenities, such as the fitness center, pool, and hot tub. The fitness center was very clean, and well stocked with clean towels. Also had very nice showers.

For a 1-bedroom Queen Suite at approximately $700, the room is small. All suites we've stayed in at other big hotels, are at least 900sf. I am guessing this one was under 450sf. ALSO, called room service at 1030 for breakfast order, CLOSED?! Again, places we've stayed at, 11am at least. Didn't do anything to accommodate as we were 7 mins late, called at 1037am. Staff great/polite, the lounge had great food.
