洗面の石鹸が袋から出されておらず、すぐ使いたいのに不便だった。毎回少ししか使わないのに新品を提供しているのがもったいないと思った。なぜポンプ式にしないのか。 トイレのゴミ箱が中が丸見えなのが嫌でした。また、どのゴミ箱も袋がセットされていなかったのも謎。シャワーの使い方がよくわからなかったが、説明書がついていた。なぜ説明書つけなくても使えるようなデザインにしないのか。 フロントの男性の説明が早口すぎてよくわからなかった。他のホテルはもっと丁寧に説明してくれた。部屋や設備はきれいだったけど、期待していただけにいろいろ残念だった。

Went for a show and stayed one night. But the one night was nothing less than amazing. Check in was so fast, the room was clean, comfy, had everything you need - fridge, microwave and city view was stunning. Close to major venues (walkable!), shopping, food, everything. The staff were all so, so friendly and helpful. First time staying with Hilton and the service alone will make me stay again! Thanks for everything!

Great location for a show at the Orpheum Theatre. Nice pool, gym and hot tub. Nice room with comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly, efficient staff.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Vancouver Downtown. The staff were friendly and welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the gym and heated pool were great—our kids loved them. A few small improvements could be made, such as more thorough daily housekeeping and more flexibility with parking adjustments. Overall, a pleasant experience, and we appreciate the hospitality.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Vancouver hotel. The front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and professional, which made check-in smooth and enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Hilton with my son and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well set up, making it easy to relax after a busy day. A special touch we truly appreciated was having breakfast delivered to our room it was convenient, delicious, and made our mornings stress-free, especially while traveling. What really stood out was how family friendly the hotel felt my son felt comfortable and excited the entire stay, which made it extra special for us. The amenities, atmosphere, and overall service were top notch. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this Hilton to families and anyone looking for a comfortable, stress free stay.
