We came on a really busy weekend but when we arrived noticed no bedding for the pull out bed and no smoke detector as it was taken off the wall and left. We let staff know at check in, made four additional requests over weekend and checked out on Sunday without the smoke detector being assessed and only being provided two sheets.

Room was large & came with full-size fridge & dishwasher, great for longer stays. Breakfast was good.

I was really impressed with the room. Extra clean and unexpected features, from fixtures in the right places and electrical outlets.

The room was partially cleaned. Fresh towels, bed made, but cup and glasses left dirty

Great property & helpful staff. The only issue I experienced was that my room was directly across from the elevators. Continuous noise of the elevator doors opening and closing in addition to how loud it was with people getting on & off the elevators as they were having conversations. Not so much of an issue during the day but, definitely posed a problem every night.

Set up like a small apartment. Beds are comfortable, nice size tv, couch. Full size fridge with dishes, microwave. Very nice

Great place only thing that I didn’t like was the water wasn’t hot enough when taking a shower …

Breakfast mediocre. Staff were mostly friendly, had breakfast there and I am not sure if the one at the breakfast area just lacking ethics or she’s really not having a good day.. either way it was bad that I have to complain and wrote the review here. Been having a lot of hotel stays this past few weeks, just the “service” was not for this place. It started with check in, I guess the staff were not happy to be at work? Then that passes down to the customers? The environment wasn’t just in a happy mood, it’s just sad that this what had happened to customer service for what we consider first world country.

Good breakfast, parking was good, 3 people in the room tho so not enough face cloths or towels, didn’t clean the room as they said they would every other day

Clean and spacious room. Lots of parking didn’t use the continental breakfast but I’m sure it was good.
