Rooms were perfect. Staff were above and beyond. I know this hotel is very child friendly but last night was overly done. Noise upon noise. A child came knocking at my door around 11pm several times asking me to come open the door. I ignored and still kept doing it. Hotel staff couldn't find anyone but the noise comtinue until my sleep was messed up. I was waking up early at 5 am for my trip. Very unfortunate

Amenities: pool was closed, laundry facility closed, gym was closed. It would have been nice to be informed before arrival and we would have cancelled our stay and went somewhere else. The bedding in the room left something to be desired. Some sort of fitted sheet duvet thing on the bed, nothing on the pull out bed. Staff was nice enough, unfortunately not enough to make up for the lack of well everything for the overall stay.

We booked a king bed; pretty sure it was a queen. The sheets had an odd smell and the bed was very uncomfortable. No lotion in the room and the towels were all very rough. Staff is always friendly; breakfast was good.

I arrived around 9pm to check in and was surprised to see that the hotel was undergoing renos. I'm assuming I was "upgraded" because of my late arrival. The upgrade was a first floor 1 bedroom suite with a view of a parking lot and dumpster. The complimentary bottle of water wasn't in my room and I had to return to the front desk to get one. The next morning, there was no hair dryer in the room. I called the desk and one was sent to me. It looked like the hairdryer that the maintenance department uses. Overall, it wasn't a stellar stay, I won't be back to this location.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were pleasent and helpful. I recommend this hotel and will stay again!

The lobby was under renovation, but overall it was clean and quiet. Room was one of the better ones I've stayed in lately.

The hotel is not up to the standards I have experienced at other Home2Suite hotels. There is no conditioner in the shower, you have to ask for it at the front desk. I would highly recommend to stop being so cheap and put it in each room. The quality of the shampoo, soap and conditioner were low low low end.. my hair has never been so tangly or my skin so dry. The fridge in our room was extremely loud that I couldn’t sleep and kids running in the hallways at 4am. Breakfast times are 6-9 which is too early for anyone on a relaxing stay. It seemed like the cheap version of Home2Suites, and when I brought up my concern of the fridge and lack of sleep, I was told the only thing I could do is talk to Hotels.com about it, which resulted in very unsatisfactory customer service from both the hotel itself and hotels.com.
