Wonderful property

The room is nicely decorated, with a fridge and a desk. The bed is comfortable. The shower roomy with shampoo, gel and conditioner available. There is no safe in the room, no sign to put in the door to either have the room cleaned or be left to sleep, and neither could we get one, when we asked. The cleaning of rooms for new guests are prioritized, so if you are staying, your room will be cleaned sometime before 4 pm on a weekend and sometime before 6 pm on a weekday. In our experience this meant last, just before 4 and 6 pm. The coffee pods in your room therefore won’t get replenished and you get 1 milk pod. The room, when it was cleaned, was left open, with the bolt preventing it closing, which was a worry, since there was nowhere we could store our laptops we had brought with us. There is parking at the back of the property for $25/night+tax. The hotel does not offer breakfast, is centrally located and within walking distance to most attractions. It has no lift and is not accessible by wheelchair. Some receptionists were friendly and helpful, some were not.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the old city! Friendly front desk and cleaning staff. Stunning room decor! Gorgeously decorated exterior of the hotel for the Christmas season! Very comfortable bed! Lovely amenities in the bathroom. Huge soaker tub and wonderful rain shower! Nespresso coffee station in room. Walking distance to all points of interest within the old city! A perfect place to enjoy QC!! We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The hotel staff were very friendly and professional, the hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see, and it was very clean. We knew prior to arriving that there was no elevator and while we were on the fifth floor, we chose to embrace the exercise. We will definitely stay there again when we return for another visit.

The room was very clean, cozy, and Iloved the decor. The staff were helpful, friendly. Remy provided great conversation and suggestions on places to eat and enjoy live music.

The staff was amazing. The room was gorgeous the facilities as well right in the old city easy walking recommend highly.

Great place to stay!

Great spot for exploring the city. Very clean and quiet. Only thing to keep in mind is that there is no elevator so pack light! Will be booking again next year.

Most amazing hotel! Walkable to Old Quebec. Gorgeous, architectural features all over. Warm and cozy.

Overall it was a great spot with the ability to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The room was a bit dark and semi-underground, but with that said it was very clean. The staff was very friendly, and we really did enjoy our stay.

Close to everything in Old Quebec. As with most place in the area the parking will not accomodate large vehicules like pick-up trucks or oversized SUVs. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the area is quiet despite proximity to restaurants and popular attractions.

Hotel is in a very old building so it’s not modern but honestly who cares? I walked into my room and felt like I was a guest of the king of France. It was amazing and a great location. Highly recommend.

The location was amazing! We walked everywhere! That made climbing stairs worth it. Our room was precious and quaint and very clean. The staff was super friendly and gave great suggestions for sightseeing.

The staff was very friendly, location was great , and the room was clean. The rooms are small which was not a problem for me - I only point it out for those who want a spacious floorplan. Also, I stayed by myself in the room - wasn’t sharing it which might have made a difference. It did have one design flaw in the bathroom — the position of the shelf over the sink was too low to properly use the sink after brushing my teeth — it mandated a spittoon type situation (LOL). Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.
