Everything was perfect

The hotel is in a good location. Staff members were all accommodating. Rooms are an ample size and are updated.

Très bien situé dans le vieux Québec à proximité de tout. Belle chambre très charmante avec murs de brique et qui semblait récemment rénové. L'entrée du stationnement est très étroite et était très glacée ce qui rendait les déplacements un peu dangereux pour chute ou accrochage. Autre que ce point, tout était parfait!

Loved the design of the room, great to see the original architecture still in place. Small but cozy, we adored it.

Room was very nice and clean. Staff were always very helpful and friendly. Shout out to Remi.

From check-in to check-out, the experience was great!

Great space. Walking distance to all of the Old Port. Kids liked the spiral staircase up. Beds were very comfortable.

La propreté de la chambre etait impeccable. Le garçon à l'accueil lors de notre arrivée a été tres efficace. Appel a la reception,pour un probleme de câble télévision et il est arrivée 1 minute plus tard. Chambre avec un cachet historique fabuleuse.

We stayed here for 3 nights. We loved the front desk staff, the location, and the hotel in general. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we booked a room that was advertised as “a luxury studio with a king size bed and double sofa bed”, only to find out our bed was “double” (not king, not even queen). My husband is very tall and we didn’t sleep comfortably. The front desk staff told us it is advertised incorrectly and that they’re going to change it to reflect real size of their beds. This hotel doesn’t have a king size bed in any of their rooms. Even if they advertise it as king size bed, it is a double.

The staff was courteous and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Old Québec, which made it easy to explore the area. I especially enjoyed experiencing the city in winter, which added to the charm of my stay.
