Newly renovated rooms were a delight and all the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about Old Quebec City.

This quaint hotel is in a perfect location for exploring. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room was beautiful!

It’s a lovely hotel but, no elevator, so if you’re luggage laden be advised. Rooms are very nice. Staff super helpful but, again, there was no front desk attendant after 10:45 and the room key failed to allow us and eventually two other couples to enter the hotel upon our return. There’s no emergency number and even the police or 911 nor Expedia had any advice. Fortunately and collectively we managed to wake up a fellow visitor staying the hotel to come down from their room, half asleep, to let us in. Wow, not a good look for technology or the venue. Check that your hotel has a backup plan other than street crooning and tapping stones off the room windows….otherwise, it was a great time.

Functional and quiet. Good location. Lobby amenities limited. Forgot to restock coffee pods in room.

Great walkable location to upper and lower Quebec and also nice longer walks to various neighborhoods and museums. Loved being near a large park. Staff were very helpful when there was a minor problem with the TV. Enjoyed our chats with them. Easy to park our rented car for a few days and easy to get out of Quebec from our location.

The location was great which allowed you to walk to the lovely restaurants and shops. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location to walk and explore old Quebec. Staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, Remy was exceptional with great recommendations for restaurants and activities.

Room was small but clean, older and quaint hotel, no elevator. We found some good restaurants close by and could walk to park, and waterfront. It will be nice when they add some outdoor space.

First time we stayed on third floor and it was great. This time we were assigned the fifth floor which was difficult with luggage. Have been told there will be an elevator next year.

Perfect location in upper old town - tons of restaurant options nearby! You can walk to all key sites - lower town, St-Jean street, Citadelle, Chateau Frontenac, etc. Private parking is located directly behind the hotel. We enjoyed walking around and discovering cute unexpected alleyways with cafes, boutiques, etc. The room and hotel itself were perfect. I wanted a room that had the old world charm and this certainly delivered. It is squeaky clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd hands down stay here again next time I'm in Quebec City - highly recommend!

The room was very clean, shopping and eating were within walking distance. You could use a taxi or Uber for transportation to Montmorency Falls if you don't use pubic transportation or book a bus Tour. The only negative I would say is there is NO Elevator and our room was Located on the 5th floor. Our luggage was a little heavy to be packing upstairs, but a young gentleman helped my husband with our luggage. The young lady at the counter was very helpful and informative of the area. We enjoyed our stay there.

Shows and restaurant are very good. The room need more storage. No closet or anything to sit our suitcase on. Cute little hotel but too small for me.

This is a lovely hotel, so close to restaurants, shopping, and beautiful historic buildings. The hotel is boutique, and the rooms are small but functional. I would highly recommend this hotel in old Quebec.

Everything was perfect, except for the manager. There was an error in the booking and the young lady at the front desk was handling it in the most professional way. Then the manager took over and ranted angrily at me about what an inconvenience the error was causing him, and he gave no regard whatsoever about the fact that I would have no place to stay on Saturday night. He should not be in the hotel business at all.
