Lovely boutique hotel. Great breakfast! And a perfect location. There isn't an elevator, and we were on the 5th floor, but it was good exercise!

The family suite was perfect for our family of 3 including 3 teens. The breakfast was amazing, staff was kind and courteous, and we loved the espresso machine in the lobby. The location literally was perfect. We walked everywhere!

The location was ideal - no more than a 10 minute walk to all major tourist attractions in Old Quebec City. The rooms were on the smaller side, but very clean and had all necessities. The breakfast had a very large variety, with indoor and outdoor patio seating. The breakfast area and food selection was very well maintained by staff.

Breakfast was nice and outdoor dining area pretty. Bed was comfortable. Staff very helpful! Bathroom sink pretty small and whoever stayed above our room walked very loudly, even woke us during the night

I researched for hours looking for a “hotel” to stay at with a bathtub to soak in for my back and knee as I planned on walking around Quebec City a ton. I triple checked that the room I booked had what the website called a “therapeutic bathtub” in it. This description was located in the paragraph about the room and under the bathroom description itself. Other rooms didn’t have the “therapeutic bathtub” listed so I really assumed that the accommodations were accurate. The staff at the front desk were very kind however they couldn’t help me. The only thing they could do was give me the EMAIL address for the manager. When I spoke to the woman at the desk she said that my room didn’t come with a bathtub however I told her that it was false advertisement on their website because I specifically searched for one and alerted the hotel ahead of time that I was requesting the room from the website that stated it came with a “therapeutic bathtub” in it. Later when I returned to ask to speak to someone else she said that she did find it on the website and agreed with me that it was false advertisement. She still couldn’t do anything. I emailed the manager and never heard back. There was no apology, no bottle of wine, no compensation no explanation. I was told management didn’t work on the weekends yet we’d be gone before Monday. My friend works in hospitality and she would have offered at least a bottle of wine for the mistake. We will not stay there again or suggest it.

This boutique hotel was close to all old Quebec has to offer but still on a quiet street. Beautiful updated room with old stone building charm. The breakfast was really good for a buffet style déjeuner and good drip coffee. Staff were all great. We loved the place.

Very good breakfast!

This place is a hidden jewel in the middle of Old Town Quebec City! We stayed during the FEQ music festival and walked to each of the stage, while the street and the hotel itself stayed whisper-quiet! The rooms were just renovated, still smelled like a new house! Breakfast buffet was included and resembled most high-end European hotel breakfasts. They offer parking in an alley across the street, yet only 6 spots are theirs. IMPORTANT: there is NO ELEVATOR, and the hotel is not accessible by a wheelchair. We stayed on the 5th floor, adding to our step counts every day, but it was fun for us.

Clean room, staff, close to everything!!

Hôtel très bien situé (nous étions à 400 m à pied du FEQ) et très bien rénové. Les chambres sont très belles, la terrasse pour déjeuner est un must ! Nous recommandons !

Ce fut parfait, propres, confortable avec une literie haut de gamme et des oreillers fabuleux! Je reviendrais certainement! Sans oublier le déjeuner très copieux et délicieux!

Great location, front desk staffs was very helpful, AC was silent, hotel was remodeled a year or two ago…did smell like a brand new hotel! I highly recommend 👌

We loved our stay, super cute rooms, delicious breakfast and easy to get to everything we wanted to visit. We will come back someday.

Breakfast was great there is a beautiful lil garden patio to eat the beds were very comfortable enjoyed the little touches of candies and coffee in the hallway highly recommend very well located

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Acadia. The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were very helpful and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. Definitely would recommend!

A good place to rent if you are staying for a while. Location is good. Be prepared to walk a bit to the main area by the Basilica.
