The staff at the Hotel Clarendon went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. From dinner suggestions to booking tours as well as helping out when a member of our party had a medical issue they were terrific. We highly recommend this hotel and we will be back!

Very nice hotel located in the heart of Quebec City within a 5 to 10 minute walk to most attractions, shopping and restaurants in quebec city. Excellent bar and restaurant in the hotel with much live music. Rooms are nicely maintained with modern showers, a mini fridge and large lcd tv. 5 minutes to the funicular, the Frontenac , Rue St Jean with its many shops and restaurants. Valet parking suggested.

The central location is great for walking around Old Town. The bell staff is excellent, helpful and quick. The room was clean and spacious with the exception of the layout of the bathroom door with respect to the sink counter. You couldn't exit the bathroom with first stepping back to open the door fully. You have to be there to understand the issue. But other than that, it was a great stay.

The room was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. Just enough room around the perimeter of the bed to carefully get to the door or bathroom. The hotel has a perfect location. Close to the sights as well as restaurants.

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable. Enjoyed the live music in the restaurant. Looking forward to the minor renovations in that area being completed. Do suggest that rooms include skin lotion. Will stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Clarendon . It had a charming ambience and was very well maintained despite its very long history . All the staff: front desk , valet , restaurant were pleasant , helpful and accommodating . The room itself ( 2 queen beds ) was a very generous size with great amenities and lovely decor .. Thanks so much -would definitely return
