Overall the hotel is very good in most aspects. The furnishing and decor is quite old-fashioned to my taste. One feature we especially did not like is the bathroom double doors having glass inserts because these were right next to the bed. So, if your partner wakes up in the middle of the night and turns on the bathroom light, the glare will wake up the person still in bed trying to sleep. They could simply have put the bathroom door in the wall where the shower is located, or change the bathroom doors to be solid.

Ideal location. Right in the heart of Old Quebec and just steps from the Château Frontenac. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but very clean. Overall, had everything we needed.

The restaurant in the hotel was excellent . Very central location so many other restaurants within easy walking distance . Hotel very clean and staff helpful and friendly . My only complaint were the uncomfortable lumpy pillows .

We were very happy with our stay here! The hotel was very traditional looking, but the rooms were more modern and renovated. It was also great because it is walking distance to everything. The best part was the staff and the customer service, from the front desk, to the cleaning staff and the best was the valet attendant. The gentleman there was top notch and cared about the guests! All in all we would definitely come back to this hotel if we come back to Quebec City!

From the time that we arrived and checked in the service was impeccable. The valets made dropping off your vehicle and unloading very easy. The room and the accommodations were immaculate. The updated bathrooms were wonderful and the showers were roomy and very, very clean. Beds and the bedding were very comfortable. The overall location was awesome. We were able to walk around old Quebec city in any direction at any time of the day. Would highly recommend this hotel.
