Very conveniently located and charming location. This is the oldest hotel in Québec City and it’s so well maintained. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Parking is right across from the building. I recommend self-parking as the place is best explored on foot. However, valet parking is affordable and totally worth it.

Bel hôtel agréable et idéalement situé. 3e fois que nous y allons, c'est une valeur sûre. Cela dit, très bruyant au-dessus de la chambre 234. À toute heure, on entend des choses tomber lourdement. Peut-être cette chambre est-elle située sous un local réservé à entreposer du matériel?

The location is excellent. The hotel is within walking distance from everything in Vieux Quebec. A valet service is offered but the hotel faces an underground municipal parking lot where you can easily self-park for cheaper; either park and walk across the street with your luggage or park in front of the hotel (10-minute drop-off zone), unload your luggage, and then park. The hotel has a lot of charm. The building is old so expect narrower halls and smaller rooms. Ours was quite small, two double beds (no sofa or chairs) and it faced an interior courtyard. The hotel was quiet during our stay and it was impeccably clean. I would stay here again if looking for an overnight or shorter stay.
