Nice and friendly check-in. Loved the Chalet. Wished that i could drive up to leave the luggage in the chalet and not carry all my bags from the parking spot. Having a chimney was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when we return.

Room was clean and cozy upon check-in. They offer all the typical room amenities including coffee maker, mini-fridge & basic utensils. The bathroom is also well stocked & the shower offers both a rain head & handheld wand to massage sore muscles after a day on the slopes of Mont Sutton.

The place is impeccably clean, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. The rooms are warm and comfortable. My family and I loved the pool, the spa, the sauna, and the delicious breakfast — everything was absolutely perfect.
In the evening, the staff even take the time to light a fire after dinner so guests can relax in a soothing atmosphere. A thoughtful touch that truly makes a difference!

The Chalets are a wonderful value with comfortable beds and a lovely atmosphere. The parking is a bit problematic for the chalets, but we managed. .
The staff were very helpful and communicative. I do wish the front desk was open later. I would stay here again and be prepared with wood for the fire!

Very nice place to stay and excellent service although I am disappointing that Expedia didn’t advertise more clearly that the restaurant here is not open in November. I booked the location specifically to have multiple amenities available so we didn’t have to leave during bad weather. The hotel and amenities are otherwise wonderful but there were water issues for several hours after we arrived which was a little inconvenient but doesn’t change my view of the excellence of the hotel

Pour commencer, tout le staff est vraiment gentil et courtois… Il y a une piscine, spa et saune pour vraiment se relaxer à côté du bois. Notre chambre était vraiment propre!

The restaurant was closed for dinner. The hot tub hadn’t been cleaned in ages and it was luke warm with a sliminess to it and a bandage floating in it. The drive approaching the hotel was not paved and potholed. The bathtub was slippery with no bars to grip onto or any mat to prevent slipping. Not ideal for seniors.
