Very nice place to stay and excellent service although I am disappointing that Expedia didn’t advertise more clearly that the restaurant here is not open in November. I booked the location specifically to have multiple amenities available so we didn’t have to leave during bad weather. The hotel and amenities are otherwise wonderful but there were water issues for several hours after we arrived which was a little inconvenient but doesn’t change my view of the excellence of the hotel

Un très beau sejour! Pour commencer, tout le staff est vraiment gentil et courtois… Il y a une piscine, spa et saune pour vraiment se relaxer à côté du bois. Notre chambre était vraiment propre! On recommande et on retournera! Merci!!

The restaurant was closed for dinner. The hot tub hadn’t been cleaned in ages and it was luke warm with a sliminess to it and a bandage floating in it. The drive approaching the hotel was not paved and potholed. The bathtub was slippery with no bars to grip onto or any mat to prevent slipping. Not ideal for seniors.

We were arriving after reception closed, called in advance and staff made it easy to check in. They were very nice and also provided late check-out. Breakfast was basic. Pool and sauna looked nice but we did not use them.

Incredible hotel. The room had comfortable full bed and bunk beds, very clean. I got in late, but my key and instructions were taped on the main door for me. Views of the surrounding area were incredible. Loved the pool, Finnish-style hot tub, and sauna. 10/10 recommend. Merci!

Really nice family room. Pool was nice but pretty too cold for our 4 year old. Breakfast was good. Very quiet hotel even though it was fully booked. Staff was nice.
