Super comfortable location. Near the ice skating rink, Le Market, and near the 747 bus stop so getting hear from YUL airport is a breeze. Check in was quick, and the lovely person working reception got me in swiftly.

The mattress was poor and bad for form, it was sunken in and very uncomfortable. There was noise everywhere that could be clearly heard in the room- noise from the streets, showers running etc from the next room, cars zooming and all couldn’t be heard from the room

Parking instructions were easy to follow - $34 for one night. Parking lot was about a 2 mins walk from the hotel. Called ahead and was told early check in would be an additional $15 (seemed a bit ridiculous considering the room was 225/ night); and regularly $75 during a weekday. Was promptly met by the owner and greeted with instructions, he only charged us $10. We were given the door code for our room and took the extremely small elevator (could barely fit 3 of us with a bag each). Door code to enter our room but no lock on the inside - so someone with the code would be able to enter at any time. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable however only 2 pillows on each bed and bathtub was dirty. There was no outlet in the bathroom but we were given an extension cord after asking for one. When seated on the toilet you must straddle your legs as there is a wall right in front of it. There is no counter space what so ever and a massive sink which made getting ready as a women very difficult. The bathroom door was very difficult to open and frequently was stuck in the bathroom. There was a fridge that worked; however there was a tv screen attached to the wall but the cord was not long enough to be plugged into the singular outlet; also no remote so appears this was just for decoration? Also only one mirror in the bathroom and no where else in the room. When we noticed we didn’t have towels we mentioned this on the way down - was told by the owner this was our fault because

This place was exactly what I needed, great location and even better price. It was clean and accessible and I would definitely stay again.

This is a budget hotel. The room was adequate but fit and finish is poor. No countertop in bathroom, so a shelf was put up. But the brackets were bent. Shower head squeaked as the water flowed through it. I stayed here because it was next door to M Telus where I attend a concert. There is a good breakfast place across the street. Lots of homeless people nearby. The staff was nice and check-in was pleasant.
