Die Unterkunft ist sehr nah zu Restaurants, Clubs, Shopping und Metro. Netterweise durfte ich mein Gepäck nach dem Checkout gratis aufbewahren lassen, obwohl nur ein Gepäckstück für 2 Std. gratis aufbewahrt wird. Die Bilder wirken besser als der Zustand ist, aber mein Zimmer war besser, als die vielen schlechten Bewertungen denken lassen. Es ist günstig und dafür hat das, was ich bekommen habe, gepasst.

Biggest disappointment was that the lobby and room were misrepresented in online photos. Not able to control room temperature. Curtain rode for shower not secured well. Baseboard below window was broken.

Easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I travel alone a lot and have stayed in hotels at a variety of price points but this place was something else. The small stuff: the bed had a bunch of hair in it and the sink backed up when used/chunks of stuff would come up and make the water brown. The big thing: This hotel states that it has an elevator, however upon arrival i was told that the floor my room was on is only accessible by stairs. I let them know that this wouldn't work for me as part of the reason I booked the hotel was for the elevator because I have difficulty with stairs due to medical reasons. The front desk staff were polite and let me know there weren't other rooms available. I requested a refund and booked a room at another hotel for the following day. Staff were nice enough to help me with my items up and down the stairs but the hotel immediately refused to refund. I've now been going back and forth with Expedia and the hotel. I'm not requesting a refund because the hotel is gross, I'm requesting one because they advertised that the hotel is accessible when it isn't. I was not able to stay because of their misrepresentation. If there are rooms that are not accessible by elevator they need to clearly state that before people book. Thankfully, I was having one of my good days so I could get myself up and down the stairs for the one night. But imagine if I had been there on a day where I couldn't physically use them?? No doubt they'd just say tough luck.

No good sound insolation between rooms!

Location is good near downtown montreal

It was an ideal hotel for solo/couples or friends/family. Great location. Right downtown. Steps to the best shopping/dining/Gay Village About a 15min walk to Old Montreal and 20min walk to McGill University. Staff were friendly and attentive. Very clean-would just recommend one more garbage in the room other than the one in the bathroom. I would recommend and would stay again.

The check in staff was unfriendly, unhelpful, and unkind. The room is not as pictured (there was a lot of chipped paint, stained walls, cracks in the bathtub, and dirty bathrooms). There were no hand towels in the bathroom. The listing of the hotel stated parking was included. It is not. There is nowhere to stop and park nearby to unload bags. The elevator is small and feels unstable. The room codes were hand written on a piece of paper.

The photos on the website are completely misleading. The actual room was tiny, filthy, and incredibly noisy. The air conditioning was so loud it was unbearable, and I had to turn it off just to get some peace. Even with it off, I couldn’t sleep — I was kept up by people yelling and banging rubbish bins at 2AM. I was suddenly and aggressively told to vacate my room at 7AM while I was still in bed! A guy was literally outside my door, calling me to leave immediately, claiming I had no valid booking. This is simply false.Being kicked out like that was completely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Dans un secteur très vivant , près de plusieurs attractions. Les chambres sont minuscules. Il est nécessaire de bien lire puisque certaines chambre n’ont pas de salle de bain privées. Une seule toilette et une seul douche dans celle que j’ai vu. J’ignore si c’était pour tout l’étage.
