We loved this place. It was a very comfortable room and a great size. King bed was just what we needed. The staff was so very helpful.Ill definitely stay here again. Location was perfect.

The room was a converted space that sort of had two bedrooms. The instructions for self check in were adequate although they didn't inform me about parking. The room was damp and everything felt very dated. But the coffee in the room was good and the fridge was appreciated. Good enough for a short stay at the right price.

Cute little place to stay and very close to where we wanted to be

Beautiful historical building. Cozy room. Suzanne was amazing and accommodated all of our needs.

Quaint. Well placed. Intimate. No real TV (not much available besides CBC). It would be great to have some music option - radio or spotify... The tub and bath facilities were not very clean. But it was adequate for an overnight. I would stay there longer if all I had to do was sleep. Good for single or couple. Very quaint though. Recommended if you aren't picky.

Ma petite suite (lit king, petite cuisinette avec mini frigo- grand garde robe, chambre de bain) était très propre, confortable et bien garni ) C’est un vieil édifice, avec de vieux meubles et des planchers qui craquent, style européen - ce qui rend le tout très charmant - dans le vieux Québec! Ça fait partie du plaisir d’être dans un quartier historique. La terrasse comporte plusieurs chaises et table. Situé dans le vieux Québec, dans une section très tranquille. Tout se fait à pied, c’est fort agréable. La seule chose que j’ai moins aimé est une caméra de surveillance avec une lumière forte qui s’allumait devant la porte de ma chambre dés que j’y sortais, dans le couloir. On se sent en sécurité! mais je crois qu’il existe des caméras qui film bien dans l’obscurité à peu de frais et qui ne nous allume pas dans la figure quand on passe devant! 😇 C’est le seul bémol car Jje recommande fortement ce belle hôtel bien tenue!

Aucun service après 18hoo. J'ai dû me battre avec l'air climatisé pour le fonctionnement. Bien situé au centre du Vieux Québec.

Will definitely stay there again!

La terrasse sur le toit est un plus pour cet établissement.

Nice little hotel well located close to the Château Frontenac. The room is small and the bed could be more comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and kept our room nice and comfortable. The parking is available by a short walk.

Quel bel endroit, de la porte au lobby et même en sortant avec la vue sur le fleuve. Très bien situé et silencieux. J'ai été charmée! Et c'est facile de stationner dans un souterrain tout près.

Enjoyed my stay

Très désuet. Les proprio sont très gentil, c’est un manoir donc on peut s’attendre a du vieux! C’est tous à fait normale mais les chambre était de doté d’un seule drap comme office de couverture. Je n’ai pas aimer la salle de bain mais tous était très convenable , mais moins à mon goût. Par contre la localisation est parfaite pour le vieux Québec!

Excellent location, beautiful large room, very clean … just had a musty smell.

The location of this hotel is A+. It’s just behind the Chateau Frontenac. We could see the Chateau from our window. Steps from the touristic areas. Lots of restaurants and boutiques. The parking was difficult because many of the streets are pedestrian only but the staff explained very well how to get parking not too far away and we could access a drop-off parking for 10-15 minutes to drop off our luggage. The bathroom and shower were very small though. And we were on the top floor with no elevators so that was a challenge since one of our luggage was quite heavy. Overall, a great place because the location was lovely.

This had a great location, the staff were helpful and our room had a little kitchen inside it. There was no on sight parking. There was no lift in the hotel.
