The room was clean and tidy. The rooms are in need of an update but it was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal to walk to the village. The kitchen had the basics.

We enjoyed our one night stay at Executive Mountain Side. The room was spacious which we liked. It came equipped with a kitchen and ample seating even though we did not use it. The bathroom was quite spacious as well with lots of counter space which is always appreciated. Staff were efficient and polite. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Whistler. Hotel is in a great location.

The pool hours are ridiculous - 8am - 5pm so even though I booked this hotel specifically for the pool and location I could only use the pool once during my stay because I was busy during the day. Do not book this hotel hoping for pool use after 5pm! It is pretty dated, the photos I kept seeing are not of the correct property, I guess they are the fancy sister property. The best thing about this hotel is the location though, perfect for exploring the village.

The Mountainside inn is our favourite hotel in the village but we were disappointed that it wasn’t updated after last year.Also we we’re sad to see the pool deck size made so small , no shade and loungers.

Towel in the washroom were used and had stains on them that was coming off. It smelled like poop. Notified the staff and they weren’t even surprised just grabbed a fresh one and gave it to us like this happens on a regular basis. Stay elsewhere don't go to this place.

Very friendly staff. Property is very dated. Jetted tub is in rough shape. Hallways are narrow. Outdoor pool/hot tub only open from 8-5 because it is part of the restaurant. Restaurant was excellent and great service. Location was excellent. There is a Keurig coffee maker in the kitchen, but coffee pods were not provided. Salt/pepper, tea, sugar, sweetener, powder creamer are provided. Paid parking was convenient. Bed was comfortable. Water dispenser and ice machine are in the lobby. There were 2 steps down to where the bed is so be careful in the dark. Really enjoyed my stay.
