I expected the hotel to be a bit dated based on the on the online pictures, and have stayed at many Quality Inn’s over the years, but… My wife and I were totally shocked on the overall condition of this room! Badly stained carpet, frayed in the doorway, hairs all over the sofa, scrapes and dents in the walls. All this and the matress on the bed sagged in the middle. This was actually a part up what looks like a more recent extension to the hotel. We refused to stay at the hotel, even though they offered to show us a different room. It was plain to see at this point the “quality” and cleanliness was poor overall and we would not be comfortable. The hotel would not refund our 1st night charge, so we ended paying for that same night at a different hotel! Very disgusted!!

For the price and the location is a great option, perhaps they can clean a bit more. But there was lots of rotation on the rooms i can see it might be hard to keep it spotless all the time. Overall my experience was great

Very disappointing stay. I booked and paid for a Double Room Queen Bed through Expedia, only to be told at check-in that the hotel doesn’t even have that room type. The front desk admitted the closest option would be a suite, but they couldn’t accommodate us. If Expedia is advertising rooms that don’t exist, that’s a serious issue. The room itself was in poor condition, strong musty smell, peeling bathroom walls, damaged walls, dirty floors, and an extremely loud A/C unit that was louder than the airplanes overhead. We even found the door peephole stuffed with a Kleenex. The staff showed little concern when we raised our issues, and the complimentary breakfast was poorly managed. By 7:30 a.m. most items were gone, and very little was replenished until almost 8:30, despite breakfast running until 9:00. Overall, this property is in desperate need of renovations and much better customer service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying here.

Arrived to Montreal early morning to catch a flight at night same day. Super exhausted! I had a booking for a room to rest and sleep till my next flight. I called to check where is the shuttle and how long doesn’t need to arrive after already waiting for an hour. She said no shuttle coming before 2 hours from now. I asked if there is an early check in, the staff was very rude on the phone answering in a mean way with no early check in and we are fully booked and we have no space I asked if I can come and wait at the lobby she said no don’t come. I asked if I can leave my luggage their to go for breakfast and she refused. Simply I never went and I never took the room just wasted money! booked another room at Sheraton, customer service and helpfulness was wonderful! Got better rate for a day use and early check in!

The toilet in the room is very low. The beds are also low and uncomfortable. I had to go to the front desk everyday to have my key reprogrammed. Need more fruit and yogurt and cinnamon raisin bagels for breakfast.

Needs an overall update and better supply of breakfast dishes as per number of guests. Most items were not refilled after 8:00 am though breakfast was till 9:30 am.
