When i book this place i wasn't expecting anything special to be.....Room is clean but little bit outdated. Staff is amazing, very welcoming and really friendly and helpful, if i could give them million starts i would for sure....There is a restaurant on site, where you can buy some food if you are hungry and bar as well. People in the bar are awesome; we had so much fun. They are friendly, funny and entertaining. Million starts for them as well, specially to young bartender. I apologize but i forgot his name. Unfortunately we overslept and didn't use breakfast.....When we come back to Toronto for sure we will stay there again.

It’s definitely a low quality hotel but if staying for a night to catch a plane - it’s not so bad Breakfast line gets busy and run out of food quick Shuttle service was great ! FYI - stairs only no elevator so if you’re on the second floor you are hauling all your luggage up which is a pain in the ass

We stay at this hotel ofen when travelling to Toronto. It's comfortable and conveniently located as you can walk to it from Terminal 3. This time, though, we got a room on the main floor and it was quite loud the first night with peoole walking and talking in rooms above. The staff is always very kind and helpful, except for one of the night reception desk ladies which was quite rude. But the rest of the staff were very friendly. The free breakfast and shuttle are a nice bonus. We'll stay again in the future.

Court yards were great....spirts team and thier parents should stay in own courtyard.When we stayed,parents left their courtyard to have a get together with music and when one lady opened there door and asked to turn misic down she got a kinda ues but no answer.Turned music off but turned on again 10 minutes later...kinda disrespect in my eyes.Not putting blame on hotel but guests should stay in their own area instead of disturbing other guests.Beside this,everything was great.
