Close to Toronto airport and complementary shuttle to/from the airport. Great customer service. I made a mistake and booked a one-night stay for May 31st, even though I arrived at midnight on May 30th for a connecting flight. Thankfully, there was a vacancy, and the front desk staff was able to change my reservation to May 30th for one night. Also, I needed a toothbrush, but the convenience store was closed, so the front desk kindly provided one for free.

We flew in at 3 am so we ended up falling asleep at 4 am just to be woken up by two cleaning staff yelling and swearing in the hall just by our room. I guess professionalism just went out the window who cares that we paid for our room and asked for a late check out. We had been to this hotel a few times but this time will definitely be the last. What I got from their conversation was that one lady was accusing the other of taking a sheet off her cart well in my world what happened to working together. When my husband advised the front staff of this her response was we try not to put anyone in this room as it’s across the house keeping. Well what about using lower voices to have respect for clients.

Airport shuttle and breakfast were good.

They allow an extra hour yo check out. Breakfast was included in cost of room.

Nice and kind staff

We booked an accessible room (2 beds and a pullout for fam of 5). Get there they had us on the second floor no elevator) and no accessible rooms. She put us on the main floor with a cot which worked and I was able to use the toilet. Since was a quick stay (we checked out at 4am for a flight). Will say the rooms were clean, beds comfy. But Expedia/there website needs updating. Also- very sketchy location (it’s in a plaza). Bonus was free parking. For a quick pre/post flight it would be ok. But for a few days, spend a few extra $$ (even that was almost $200 during the week!) when we get back we’re staying at a much nicer hotel for less than $50 and it’s definitely accessible has a pool a nicer continental breakfast (I can’t rate this one as we weren’t there for it). But staff here need to be more empathetic to disabled ppl. It’s not my choice that I’m in a wheelchair and she made me feel guilty.

建物は古く、シャトルバスもあまり清潔とは言えませんでした。トランジットで寝るだけとか、日中は市内で過ごして夜寝るだけの利用であればリーズナブルで十分だと思います。

Super convenient location if you’re flying in or out of Pearson. Hotel does offer a shuttle. Breakfast included was good. Hotel is needing a bit of an update but was in good shape for its time. Only thing to note, if you are travelling with lots of luggage or have a disability there is no elevator so request a room on the first floor.

Airport shuttle and breakfast was convenient. Room was dated and had a stale smell. Bathroom was very clean. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from other guests and kids outside our room for several hours at night and in the early morning. Kids running up and down the corridor and speaking loudly. Reception did speak with them on a couple of occasions and asked them to be quiet and return to their rooms.

Breakfast was great! Fresh, hot and replenished constantly. My only feedback is give instructions for using the waffle maker. I didn't know it had to be flipped but the server did it for me so it was all good!

I recommend this hotel

Breakfast was adequate- Scrambled eggs and waffles were good. Staff in the morning was friendly. Room itself is very average - Cleanliness can be improved. We found hair under our pillow once we got to bed, which was very frustrating after a red eye flight.

Very good place for a nite between two flights. The three major advantage: 1- usually at a good price 2- a very decent free breakfast hot and cold. 3- a very nice pizza place with many others food menu at good price and onsite. And like others Hotel close to airport, they offer a shuttle service. A+
