My kids and I had a fantastic time! The gym equipment could use some maintenance, but the pool was refreshing and the sauna was excellent. The rooms exceeded our expectations, offering great value for our stay. While the breakfast was below average, the dining experience at the restaurant was wonderful. If you’re looking for a fun spot that won’t break the bank, I would definitely recommend this place.

I would advise this hotel to everyone who's visiting Montreal. 1. it's near everything, uber takes 10mins to everything food, shopping. you're not central so it's not insane busy but you're about 18 mins ride from center. 2. Staff mega mega helpful, pleasant, most of all speak English without the stereotype you hear about going to Quebec. Breakfast can improve a bit, but only because I'm not a fan of ham in the morning as cold cut, everything else was perfect, coffee, juice, kids friendly, and variety. 3. Lunch dinning was fantastic also if you didn't feel like going outside of the hotel for a day everything you need full kitchen ready to make your day. Bar was perfect also, not to mention the hotel has a indoor self serve convenient store, super super handy. 4. Arcade for entertainment, Pool to enjoy family time with friends, and meet new people, not crowded, lovely renovations. 5. Only detail I will advise of, staying on the second floor is awesome if you don't want to be near the pool, staying on the main floor is sweet for easy access to the pool. rooms from 1024 and above are fantastic if you want to be away from the pool area. 6. The gym is not a full gym but fully functional for a quick workout to keep you active with your home routine, again not a full gym but enough to keep you on track. 7. Definitely recommending it to friends and family, most of all when I return I will stay here again.

We had to wait a bit for the shuttle but the driver was excellent nd very helpful as were all the personnel working at the hotel. A very good stay thanks to the people.

Our stay at the hotel was overall normal, but there were some issues with the airport transportation and luggage assistance. The person who picked us up at the airport had a poor attitude and did not help us with the luggage at all. We were traveling with two children and had to handle all the bags ourselves, which made the arrival stressful and uncomfortable. The transportation back to the airport, however, was excellent and the driver was very friendly and helpful. At the hotel, it was also difficult to take the luggage to the room because there were many doors, none of them automatic, and they closed by themselves. This made moving with suitcases and children quite challenging. Aside from these issues, the rest of the stay was normal.

Poor room setup, very shady room ( looks like something out of a murder mystery), dont get fooled by the property pictures, the rooms are the worst I have stayed in Canada. No amenities, no water, poor quality amenities. Wont recommend to anyone, much better options available in the same price like novotel, or other places nearby. No charging ports next to bed, only charging port available near tv.

Guest service agent and Frank in the lounge were both super efficient and friendly. Shuttle service was a disappointment. Despite booking my trip to airport, there was no room on the shuttle for me. As a result the 30 minute delay until the next one cost me valuable time and forced me to race through the terminal to catch my flight

I booked a king size suite room, and booked this hotel for connecting flight for the convenience of a shuttle I needed to be at the airport for 6 AM and when I got there, I was told the shuttles were full and I was only able to get on a 4 AM shuttle Arriving at 12 AM that we’ve only allowed me three hours to sleep, defeating the purpose of getting a hotel room… Also, I had reserved a king size room going to find out when they looked at the room that it was a queen size… They did not offer an alternate means a transportation to the airport in the morning, so I was forced to return to the airport and spend seven hours on a bench in the airport waiting for my connecting flight. So far they’re not issuing a refund. Shauna mow at $150. It’s spend the entire night in the airport.

This hotel ranks as one of worst I have ever had the experience of staying with. We stayed there only one night as we were held in Montreal for an extra night due to flight cancellations because of bad weather. I was travelling with my 13yo and decided to have a fun night with some games and a pool as this hotel advertised. Upon check-in, we were informed that pool was closed and only open on the weekends. The few games that were there were coin operated (loonies) and the front desk staff did not have change. I was told several times to comeback later, but they never did have any. I managed to get a few coins from the bartender (Frank), a very nice and sincere man. Food wise, there was a canteen on site and a bar/restaurant. I almost had to give up one arm to pay for anything in the canteen. A small pack of chips was $4.50, small mars bites was $11, and a big pack of pretzels was $11. Holy cow!!! The restaurant was reasonably priced and the quality of the food was very good. The added bonus was the bartender, Frank. The room was a mile away from the front desk. It was reasonable, but with very small, but comfortable beds. It felt like they did try to update the room at some point but missed the finer details. The bathroom was a split setup with the sink on the opposite side of the entranceway from the tub/shower and toilet. Lighting was poor in the room overall. Heating was poor as it had one of those heaters under the window that would billow hot air like a politician

The only positive thing about our experience was that the airport shuttle was on time. Other than that, the hotel was dirty, we had no hot water, amenities had mold and staff was friendly but not accommodating. I will not be booking there again.
