Staff were quick to relocate us from our one room when we didn’t have heat in our room. Down side was our other room was VERY loud in front of the elevators. Not a good night sleep before a big flight.

Good. It was basic but it did the trick to helped us out. We had to leave our apartment because there was no electricity for a couple of days

Room clean, friendly staff. Only hiccup was key card had to be reprogrammed twice. Highly recommended as pet friendly

Poor breakfast

Check in was very easy and fast with courteous staff, room was very clean, bed is super comfortable pillows are lacking (but I’m picky about pillows) while the restaurant is pricey the food was great and you are paying for the convenience, bar tender was talkative and attentive while we ate. Will definitely stay here again before a flight.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness could have been better in the room. We enjoyed sitting by the fountain. The food was very good!

Place needs an update, they charge way to much for a very limited breakfast menu. Temperature ontrol is loud

No one came to drop off luggage at my room. I had to carry all 6 bags by myself. Did not expect this type of service from such reputed hotel.
