Had a very bad experience at this hotel. Wifi never worked the entire time I was there and hotel staff were not helpful. No air conditioning in 30+ degree temps outside made room very uncomfortable. Staff advised it was working sufficiently. Key cards fail to work everyday having to go get them reprogrammed constantly. Pool seemed okay though.

Our stay was great! The only two complaints I have were about the bathroom. The bathroom door doesn’t close easily, and fingers can get pinched. And the bathroom surface becomes a hazard when wet. My kids slipped numerous times.

The hotel was very easy, checking in very friendly staffed the area on the one side near the pool was incredibly dirty. There only three chairs in the pool, but certainly not enough for multiple families to go. The best part was the staff was very friendly as well as the breakfast was good, but it was interesting in that they served you so you so even though it should’ve been buffet style, you would have to go up multiple times ( especially as the ran out of items quickly abd wait in the line

Muddy pool Intoxicated guest allowed in the breakfast area. Unattended breakfast area while the intoxicated person was wondering between the serving table. Manager came in to help and check in, that’s good but needs to improve that part.
