The staff is always friendly. Love how the lobby was decorated for Christmas
Breakfast: if you could add more fresh fruit/ fruit salad
The room: needed more cleaning of the tub caddy/ tower, the toilet seat cover came off( my husband fixed it), the iron needs to be replaced, the ironing board has seen better days.
I DO love having a kitchen in the room: fridge was spotless, good counterspace,ect.

Very clean! Breakfast was awesome and staff was knowledgeable and accommodating to food allergies/intolerances which is a huge bonus for our family! Room and amenities were wonderful! Pool and hot tub were fun but are showing signs of age (hot tub was not that hot and jets didn’t work very well and bottom of pool had signs of wear) so if that’s important to you, be aware.

Mouse was seen in a friends room, daughter slipped and fell on sidewalk beside the door to hotel, and no sales of adult beverages at the market/front desk… parking is much more expensive than needs to be and not enough spots… sirens heard a lot from police station next door… wont be my first pic for next visit

Overall it was really good just had a couple of could be improved areas.
For example a staff employee decided to clean the outside stair walkways at 5:00 a.m. waking up the entire side of the building. He was scraping ice and no it could have waited until a more reasonable hour.
Also while using a lounge space design for guests.
A night worker passed me three times and on the third time he asked if I was a guest in the hotel I said yes.
I would have been fine if he left it here. it is fair to ensure I belong where I am.
But instead of saying thank you I was just double checking he pushed more and said what room are you staying in.
Force me to give my room and my name and then ask for clarification on my spelling and he said I'll check it thank you.
What is the point of having areas for your guests to use if you're going to be rude to your guests that use them.
I actually found the spot because I was using their laundry services.
