Lovely staff. Nice room. Would stay again.

Good spot. Comfy rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Location is good, but traffic is terrible. I was there a week, and every day had standstill traffic around the hotel. But, walking around downtown is easy, once you've parked.

Nice big room but the facilities could use some TLC. One out of two elevators was out of service for days and the powered doors in the front were broken. This meant you had to go out the back and walk around the front. Not the end of the world, but why no manual door in the front? Parking is also limited.

Very comfortable room and bed. The suites are large with fridge and stove. Great location as well

The room was clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was well maintained. We had no idea there was a full kitchen or we would have prepared to bring some lunch items wit us. But it’s Such a central location. Walkable. Many restaurants to choose from. Our favourite, Pump House, is right across the street. Mall is close by- 5 min drive. Will be back for our next trip to Moncton

Great affordable spot to stay inn Moncton

Everything was perfect

The hot tub water was blurry and questionnable. Children were also left unattended in the pool area and no one to let know. No bathrobes provided for the pool or the room, even upon request. Towels at the pool and hot tub area were minuscules - basically the size of hand towels - had to use 3 to properly dry myself to be able to go up to my room without dripping. Very clean room, big size, perfect room amenities but disappointing at the pool and hot tub area. No gluten free options at the breakfast other than fruit such as apples and banana and yogourt.

Communicating door was unlocked and our room was not cleaned in a 2 day stay.

Fantastic room and wonderful staff. Loved the breakfast!!
