I didn’t stay because there was absolutely no parking anywhere

We indicated that we will be checking in late and even called them just to make sure that someone will be in the reception area to help us with checking in. However, the guy at the reception area was very unfriendly and unaccommodating. He never smiled and keeps on rushing us to make the deposit when we were still trying to recall the pin for our credit cards because apparently, their terminals won’t allow transactions through tap. Mr receptionist, you are not the only one tired, if you cannot greet your customers with smile when you are tired or rushing, please don’t work in the hospitality industry. Also the room was not cleaned properly.

While I enjoyed the comfort of the beds and appreciated the in suite laundry for the price per night for the room I booked. However, I found that the rooms weren't really as soundproofed as the description claimed it was, but that said, it only seemed to be an issue between each unit and the hallways. I'd recommend booking this hotel if you're on a moderately low budget and have the desire to visit Toronto, but otherwise I can't recommend this facility for anyone who's not renting a car until the TTC station nearby is open.

Worst stay, the staff were rude AC was not working.@ the time of checkin they asked us 200$ as deposit it was never mentioned in app. They also asked us to give that deposit in cash.so ATM in the hotel was not working so we have to walk 1km to get the cash. The room was new and tidy because the hotel is new apart from that our overall stay is below average

The first room they gave us wasn’t cleaned at all, stains on the beds, couch and all over the walls. When we went to tell the cleaners, they were all sitting in another room talking instead of cleaning. They then moved us to a different room and it was dirty as well and the hallways smelled awful. We also came across a few cockroaches. We asked for a full refund which we got and booked at another hotel. I highly recommend not booking a stay here as it’s filthy, the staff is lazy and the smells in the hallways are terrible

The staff did not warn us that the window in the room did not close, it was very noisy.

To much noise its refuge shelter center the area is unsafe to much noise coming from other room every floor try to change the floor but all floor is full of refuge center place. If you need a real hotel and trying to enjoy get way this is not a place I don't recommend for anyone.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. Our window was broken and was open the entire stay we informed the staff and nothing was fix on our last night we had to change room because they forgot to fix the problem and was windy and raining. Never again terrible experience.

The room spacious but tv not working

Brand new property, a little unfinished at time of initial stay but was great all around.

The stay was amazing and incredible! The hotel looked new on the outside and the lobby was clean and tidy. The staff were super friendly and check in was fast. We stayed on the top floor (5th) and the room look exactly like the pictures! It was a beautiful room, spacious and clean. We stayed for 2 nights and would stay there again in the future. It was a location close to Vaughan. Parking was good. I would definitely recommend then hotel!

Front Desk staff were friendly. Check in was a breeze. The room itself was not the cleanest. Lots of grease marks on walls. Things left under bed.

This hotel is so dirty inside out, and it looks like no employees are doing the job. When you ask a service, l was told no employee was working at that time and left home. I booked the hotel for 5 people, and we checked the room; there were no sheets and pillows for the sofa bed. I went down and talked to the receptionist to get what l needed, and they told me the employee had already left and the hotel didn't have extra sheets or pillows. I was not happy with his response and told him that l booked for 5 people and you guys were supposed to furnish the room for my stay. Finally, he got me a blanket and only one bed sheet without pillows for the night. The next no one showed up to clean the room or provide the bed sheets and pillows. That was a terrible experience with this hotel, and I do not recommend this place, especially if you are traveling with your family.

The suit we reversed has an open window which cannot be closed It’s actually broken yesterday was super cold there as such the room was freezing The bed is just next to that window Can’t understand how these people can put this room on expedia At checkout I requested for a refund and still waiting a call from them n no call received so far Very slow service Not a hotel to b suggested
