Clean room, nice staff, ittjust that there was no help to in the pool when we were there. There were these group if guys undescipline they think they own the pool , other users can’t do much because these group of young guys were very wild and didn’t get help from the hotel staffs to stop them. We ended up leaving the pool and my daughter wasn’t happy. Don’t know if we will go back again

The slide was awesome for my kid, just keep in mind a small pool. The staff helped out when needed. I would say it was a wonderful stay for families.

This property is definitely showing its age now. The carpets, comforters and overall appearance is very dated and unappealing. The pool is great for families with kids, waterslide and hot tub all up and functioning at our time of stay. The breakfast was neat and well monitored but the staff the only concern is we were there 4 mornings and the options never changed for what the hot foods were. We found the breakfast very mediocre. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful, no complaints with the customer service from check in to housekeeping, even the on site security guards were friendly and chatty. The price was very fair but definitely reflected what you were paying for. This would be an ideal stay for families and if you didn't plan to spend a lot of time in the rooms.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE ARE BED BUGS. We discovered bed bugs here on the morning of check out in one of the 4 rooms we rented. We had 11 kids spending time in that room, including hours on the bed as we were travelling in a group. Staff acknowledged that it was bed bugs, and the let it slip that it’s been an ongoing problem. The hotel chain and manager have since denied the existence of the bed bugs, despite the staff coming to look for themselves, the pictures and video evidence, and bite marks on the adults and kids. This place needs to be shut down by public health, it’s an active infestation.

Our group booked multiple rooms at this hotel, and unfortunately one of the rooms (occupied by our friend) was found to have bed bugs. Because we were travelling together, our children spent many hours in that room over the course of our three-day stay before the problem was discovered. This created a very stressful situation, as we had to inspect and treat all of our belongings after returning home out of concern that the bed bugs may have spread. While our own room did not show obvious signs of bed bugs, the exposure risk to our family was significant simply because we spent so much time together in the affected room. We hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and implements thorough inspection and treatment procedures to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation.

Great room (small but clean, organized, maintained, comfy), Shower, bed/bedding was great (towels too). Access for sign in limited and tight (no big trucks), access to parking even tighter..and not secure (problem area of city it appears). Parking was offered on site by staff ..."bring in your ticket when enter parkade and we will ENDORSE IT"...no mention of charging $16 that was simply on the bill in the morning, when asked it was a (non too pleasant)...'sorry" with no offer of who to speak with to correct or even a smile ... Checked on line what cost was per day...$9...The "ENDORSED?" ticket was $16 ....Math....$7 over what i would have to pay if just did it at the CC slot at parkade.. BTW...I did ask.."is this complementary?" and was told "YES".
