Internet was slow, the bed felt like it was broken and uncomfortable. I was only booked in for 2 nights and while my kids and I went out shopping the maid went in and moved all of my belongings around (touching all my stuff). When I asked if this was normal practice at checkout I was informed that the cleaning staff is supposedly instructed to only remove garbage. The tiles in the bathroom were broken and the floor under the tub felt squishy. I will never stay at this hotel again. They also made me pay a $300 deposit due to the fact that I was using a Visa Debit (whereas an actual credit card is only $100 deposit).

This hotel was exactly what we expected for a super 8. If you book budget, you have to expect budget-quality! We booked a family suite, with a separate bedroom. The suite was tiny, but really, all we wanted was two separate sleeping areas, and it provided that for us so no complaints. Everything is dated, but again, for the price, we expected that. Breakfast was standard and the same every day. There’s a pool and waterslide, but we don’t use it. Location is great for south Edmonton commons and easy access to restaurants. It worked for us, but certainly wasn’t a “nice” hotel.

Breakfast was good but the wifi was a bit slow

Rooms smelled bad and bedding was gross. It was stained, smelled and was scratchy. There was Hair in bathroom. The heater in the bedroom was so loud and would kicked in and out all night waking you up each time.

Hotel had convenient location, lots of parking, next to affordable restaurants, nice pool waterslide, terrific free breakfast, but what really made this stay Amazing was the Staff!! The front desk agents, kitchen staff, house keeping and a Great Manager who was always on the floor assisting where required! Will Absolutely stay there again!!

Staff welcomed us when we walked in, They checked in on us about 1/2 hr after going to our room. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was hotel and what we could eat.

Beds are not that comfortable and rooms are not very sound proof

The room was clean and comfortable. The door to the room in the suite didn't close. The breakfast had very few options and not great ones. we chose to go to Dennys instead on the 2nd day.

Water was shut off between 12 and 4 AM and toilets were not flushing and backing up on the third floor

Daytime staff was wonderful, evening staff were courteous and Breakfast server was very sweet. Rooms could use some updating on the bathroom /kitchen counters and tub drains very slowly. The sofabed mattress was awful and needs updating immediately which is odd as the queen mattress in the bedroom area was wonderful. Pool was a good temperature but unfortunately we paid for late checkout so we could use the hot tub and they decided to clean it all morning (until 1pm) which would have made more sense to complete in the overnight when the pool area is closed.

Stinky room , loud bangs and noises all night. No proper blankets was freezing all night. So not recommend.

The room was very clean and beds comfy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Noise in hallways was loud at night with kids running the halls. Breakfast was good but for someone with food allergy, very few options.

2 hour wait time to get our room, dirty washroom when we got it. Breakfast is horrendous, same things not cooked properly. And no gluten-free options Just pass and go up the street
