Deanna, Chris, and their incredible team provided warm, attentive service that made us feel like valued guests from beginning to end. The boutique hotel's exquisite Lori Morris-designed décor is absolutely breathtaking—every space exudes elegance, comfort, and character. The combination of world-class hospitality, luxurious accommodations, and beautiful ambiance made this one of the most memorable hotel stays we've ever had. We can't recommend The Scotsman Hotel highly enough and look forward to returning soon.

Incredibly luxe property with beautiful common areas, a cozy courtyard, and helpful staff. Every detail from the selection of drinks to the china sets were well thought out. Location made walking to the theater and nearby restaurants quick and easy. Highly recommend!

My wife and I travel extensively. We are in our late 60s. We have experienced probably 75-100 hotel rooms, cruise cabins, cottages in our travels. The Scotsman Hotel in Niagara on the Lake, was truly our favorite experience. We were greeted by the managers, and they also took time to see us away when our time was over. Our room, public rooms and staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly. The room appointments top!! If you are thinking of visiting this unique, beautiful Ontario town, treat yourself the a great hotel experience and stay at the Scotsman. Dianna and Chris will give you a truly wonderful, magical experience it is well worth it!

Small, tight quarters with the inn staff. Not a hotel more of bed and breakfast. When you purchase the room on Expedia they do not list proper discription so the inn can decide where they want to put you. My room was maybe 300 square feet and they said it was one of the larger rooms.
