Fabulous hotel. Best nights sleep in a hotel I’ve ever had and the breakfast was to die for

This was the most gorgeous hotel I have ever stayed in! The attention to detail was incredible. The staff were very welcoming and hospitable. The room was very clean. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again!

The staff were so attentive and wonderful. I can’t say good things about this property. The rooms were very well appointed and impeccably clean. We very much enjoyed our stay in the adorable town that was within walking distance.

My wife and I travel extensively. We are in our late 60s. We have experienced probably 75-100 hotel rooms, cruise cabins, cottages in our travels. The Scotsman Hotel in Niagara on the Lake, was truly our favorite experience. We were greeted by the managers, and they also took time to see us away when our time was over. Our room, public rooms and staff were wonderful, helpful, friendly. The room appointments top!! If you are thinking of visiting this unique, beautiful Ontario town, treat yourself the a great hotel experience and stay at the Scotsman. Dianna and Chris will give you a truly wonderful, magical experience it is well worth it!

Absolutely beautiful. One of the most amazing and enjoyable accommodations I have ever stayed at and experienced. Everything was perfect. The staff’s professionalism is the epitome of what the hospitality industry should aspire to. They have set the bar very high for us after our experience. The facility is so beautifully designed and curated. The breakfasts served were absolutely delicious. Staying here was a complete experience.

We loved our stay at The Scotsman. The staff were brilliant—so helpful and welcoming. The hotel is stunning and feels truly opulent, with every detail making us feel pampered. It’s just a short walk to the main street, but far enough away to feel peaceful and private. Perfect mix of convenience and escape. An exceptional stay—we’ll definitely be back.

Exceptional experience in all aspects.

Small, tight quarters with the inn staff. Not a hotel more of bed and breakfast. When you purchase the room on Expedia they do not list proper discription so the inn can decide where they want to put you. My room was maybe 300 square feet and they said it was one of the larger rooms.

The property is listed as a hotel but it is more of a bed and breakfast. The property has only 6 rooms. On the first night I enjoyed my room it was spacious but for the remaining stay, I was in a very very small room. The price for the hotel is pretty expensive for the amenities and size of the room. The property does not offer gym or exercise area, no bar or in room dinning. They don’t have bikes to use for the area. I misplaced my key and I had to wake up the inn keeper to open my door. The inn keeper had control of the Ac in my room and adjusted to their preferences without us knowing and it was very hot for us. They fixed it but it was unusual to have so much interaction with their staff. In the description and pictures they show a bar but the bar is bottle service only with no bartender. It’s a good looking place in a good location but I am not accustomed to such close quarters with the staff of the hotel and in the hotel room.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Staff were amazing and the rooms were exceptional. Highly recommend to anyone looking for luxury and amazing service.

Our stay at The Scotsman Hotel in NOTL was simply wonderful. We could not have been more pleased with the room, food, service or overall grounds. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who made our 4-day stay magical.

This hotel is a piece of art. I also want to compliment the staff who made me feel like a princess. They took the time to welcome us, give a great tour of the house and grounds and really exceeded all expectations. The design of the house and rooms is truly breathtaking. Please treat yourself to a weekend getaway at this absolutely stunning B&B.

The Scotsman is a true gem! With just 6 suites, you’ll feel right at home. The staff was EXCELLENT, providing an amazing breakfast and one-on-one assistance all day. The decor is beautiful and the outdoor area is so comfortable you won’t want to leave! It isn’t cheap but you certainly get what you pay for here. Highly recommend!!
