Great hotel- have never had a bad stay!

We stayed right downtown. The parking was accessible and we enjoyed that. The desk staff and parking attendant and housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. The hotel is getting a little old. It might be time for some upgrades. The carpets in room etc need refurbishing. I got a little congested. The bedding was nice and bed comfortable. We didn't eat at hotel. We liked being in close proximity to everything, the theater, dining, etc

Clean and well kept hotel. In a good area where you can walk to restaurants and not far from the closest grocery store. Would stay here again.

The gym is tiny and almost impossible for multiple people to workout in. Everyone was frustrated by this. They didn't have basic wellness snacks like protein bars or healthy bars for breakfast, all junk food, forcing you to pay $30 for breakfast if you don't want to l avr the hotel.

Updating needed to entire property.

The power was out just before we arrived. We were rerouted to the Marriott several blocks away. We were given taxi vouchers for travel to and from our show.

Great location for access to convention center.

Parking when checking in is congested and difficukt to access. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice but pricey. Wish there were more amenities surrounding the hotel. Restuarant is in the open right in the front lobby and is awkward if you don't get a table away from everyone.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. There are more pros that cons: Pros: - helpful friendly staff - location was great - room was clean - bed was very comfortable - tv worked great (it's always disappointing when you can't stream your own stuff, this worked really easily) Cons: - rooms could use an upgrade, has that “old hotel” smell in the room. - bathroom needs upgrading, our shower was confusing as the controls seemed to be installed backwards for the hot and cold functions. Theres no hand held shower head. - no fan in the bathrooms. All in all we had a good stay.

We stayed for the oilers game, the staff helped us with parking and they had face painting to support the oilers! It was a great choice to stay here

My check-in staff member was friendly and efficient. She even got me an upgraded room with out asking. Room and hotel was very clean. Bed was great too! Thanks Westin!

Lounge closes very early. Parking is tight.

Construction out front. Rooms outdated. Only one water Coffee machine was gross
