Near oilers game

Great location for access to convention center.

Parking when checking in is congested and difficukt to access. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice but pricey. Wish there were more amenities surrounding the hotel. Restuarant is in the open right in the front lobby and is awkward if you don't get a table away from everyone.

My husband and I stayed here for one night. There are more pros that cons: Pros: - helpful friendly staff - location was great - room was clean - bed was very comfortable - tv worked great (it's always disappointing when you can't stream your own stuff, this worked really easily) Cons: - rooms could use an upgrade, has that “old hotel” smell in the room. - bathroom needs upgrading, our shower was confusing as the controls seemed to be installed backwards for the hot and cold functions. Theres no hand held shower head. - no fan in the bathrooms. All in all we had a good stay.

We stayed for the oilers game, the staff helped us with parking and they had face painting to support the oilers! It was a great choice to stay here

My check-in staff member was friendly and efficient. She even got me an upgraded room with out asking. Room and hotel was very clean. Bed was great too! Thanks Westin!

Construction out front. Rooms outdated. Only one water Coffee machine was gross

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were large and clean. Pool and work out facility being open 24/h was great for the kids, while also having excellent cleanliness. This hotel is nicely situated to be walking distance to lots restaurants and Rogers Place is 10 minute walk. Would recommend this hotel to those looking to stay and attend and oilers game.

Valet was great. Front check in was kind, helpful and polite. Hotel was clean and great location. Close to Rogers Place, Ice District and lots of dining options around.

24 hour pool access is great!!

There is no hot tub so if you’re planning a relaxing day at the hot tub pick somewhere else. Dated furniture and decor. Beds were well passed their best before date. “Valet” doesn’t take your bags or even push the trolley to your vehicle. But they will charge you 50 bucks a night for it. Regular parking is 38 dollars a night. Way over priced and not a great experience with valet.

Booked this hotel for the chargers in Parkade and all the charger parking spots were filled with nonEV vehicles. Will not stay here again until hotel commits to keeping charger spots open for EVs to charge

The rooms are so dated. They are low quality are not nice at all.
