The Wilshire Inn

The room was clean. However the check in process could have been better. Check in was at 3pm but it wasn't ready until about 4:15. One lady working by herself cleaning rooms and working the front office. They really should hire more people for Saturday nights. We couldn't actually stay the night as we ended up having a family emergency. Disappointed we spent $158, the motel wasn't worth that. On a positive note, the one lady working was friendly.

Toilet paper ran out and there wasn’t a spare one visible. Check in person was very friendly and professional.

hotel needs to be cleaned with a spray hose from top to bottom! no coffee on site in room or at front desk! no one mans the front desk during the night! Staff was friendly! other then that would not stay there again!

Back side of hotel is very quiet. Very clean rooms, might be nice to have a coffee maker in them but Tim's is close by.

Room was clean and fairly comfortable. Only had double beds available where queens would have been more comfortable for our family. Front desk staff was friendly but clearly overwhelmed with 3 people in line checking in. More staff on a busy weekend would make the staff and guests experience better.

Bathroom looked brand new. Room was very clean. It’s a simple room with 2 double beds (not queen). We didn’t arrive till 10:40 pm and front would have been locked but staff went over and above to accommodate our later arrival.

I didn't like the lack of staff at the front desk and having to use my key card to go out to my car. On the positive side i did like the Scripture verses and music on the tv in the entrance. It is a small motel which explains the lack of staff. Overall i would recommend it.

Clean, very basic room. Lacked many of the amenities that seem standard these days. The front desk has limited hours so service is limited.

Great price as per location .

It was not what one would quite expect, but was spotlessly clean and well appointed. In fact, it was really cutely appointed with a lot of quaint personal touches. Who sees a serving tray with a teapot anymore? The only 'thing' is that you have to use a stick, as there are no tv stations. We couldn't get any channels without a lot of buffering, so I ran Netflix off my computer. We would definitely stay there again.

We got home after one night at Wiltshire and noticed bed bug bites. I phoned the Wiltshire and told them. They said they would call me next day but never did. Never again.

Clean and bathroom nicely renovated. Curtains had several hooks out. Beds were adequate; bedding was good except the pillows only had a choice of 2. Small fridge and microwave - the latter clunked. (!) Counter and 2 chairs provided a space for a quick meal. The location between the A&W and the Tim’s was good for breakfast and evening snack. We would go back for a 1- or 2- night stay. The outside would be more welcoming if they actually planted some flowers in those beautiful planters!
