Hotels is a disaster. First nicho the experience denim the dining room was frustrating with bad attitude from team and almost throwing the starter and the second course over the ta me rello g that the restaurant. Redes to close. Second night, came at 22:00 to the room and was dirty. Called reception and they said they can’t clean the room and I need to sleep as it is until tomorrow. Asked for a change of room and then unprofessional recepción clerk said it’s not possible. As last recourse I asked for my money back eland they denied to do it. It’s a chain of hotels that should not behave this way. It’s evident that the quality of people working I. The hotel is not prepared and not competent as needed. I’m looking for another voter and ask Expedia to reimburse my money. Thanks for your reply.

Great place to stay with easy access and great location to a main business center; great staff, very helpful and available.

Solo tuvimos problemas a la hora de salir del estacionamiento, el ticket que nos dieron no funcionaba y ocasionó muchos problemas.

Impressive property right in the heart of the City. Plenty of dining and shopping options within walking distance. There are restaurants within the Hotel as well with indoor and outdoor seating. A well managed property with a kind and courteous staff.

My room was immaculate, the staff was accommodating and the restaurant had plenty of food and drink options.

Our flight was delayed 14 hours, so we managed to get a booking here, Juan was amazing and gave us an early check in so we could drop our bags and go out for the day in Santiago, location is handy to plenty of shops and not too far of a walk to San Cristobal. We also ended up having dinner before we went back to the airport, and the food was amazing. Should we find ourselves back in Santiago we will be sure to stay here again. Thanks Juan.

Hands dow the best breakfast I’ve ever had in a hotel and it was far from the continental breakfast I’m used to and it was included.

I stayed in a clean and big suite room. The decor seems a bit cold in my opinion and the furniture shows some signs of aging. The bed is very comfortable. However I missed a couch or large seat where to sit more comfortably. The room had enough space for one. Breakfast was okay. It didn't impress me. The front desk staff is great! Always willing to help and friendly. I loved them.

Breakfast was wonderful, great selection. Rooms are a little dated but very clean. Staff were super friendly and we enjoyed our stay here. Warm cookies on arrival are a nice touch!
