The staff was so great !! What a location … wish we had more time to enjoy this hotel

The lobby and restaurant were on the 14th floor providing impressive views of the coast and the Pacific Ocean!

Comfortable beds and a good room size. On checkout day, there was a power failure and we had to walk down the fire-escape 14 floors to reach our car. Not hotel’s fault however!!

We stayed here for one night before an early flight - the hotel itself is great, with a good rooftop bar/restaurant. Breakfast was fairly average though. The room was quiet and we had great ocean views. The area isn't the best though, and the hotel parking was very small. But useful for the airport as you are on the 'right' side of town.

This is a nice hotel with all the amenities. It has a very nice buffet in the morning and friendly staff.

The ocean views were amazing and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was as big and diverse as we have ever seen. Our only complaint is that our room never warmed as much as we wanted and the shower water was not quite as hot as we like.

Service was weak. Couldn’t get a coffee between 4 and 7 in lobby and they ran out of beer at 20:30.

Overall this is a lovely hotel - efficient service, spacious room, nice bedding and towels, very good breakfast - all as you would expect of a hotel of this type. It is a short taxi ride or 30-40 minute walk to the centre of the city, and 15 minutes walk from the bus station. A couple of small issues only - the water in the shower never really gets hot, only just warm. It has a restaurant and although the food is not amazing, it is convenient. However, it was a little frustrating that many options were not available and the 'menu del dia' advertised was also not being served. On both our arrival day, and after room cleaning we were only provided with one towel, meaning we had to ask for another on two occasions. Finally, although the reception staff are courteous, most could be a little more bright and welcoming in their demeanour.

The front desk phone line was busy, I not once was able to get in touch with the front desk from my room. The restaurant service was bad as well and no room service.

Excellent hotel all round. Special mention of the fantastic service I have received with a lost item. Nothing was too much to help me. Thanks everyone! The view from the room is wonderful, also very good restaurant.

close to downtown- a bi supermarket within walking distance and a couple of restaurant. The ocean is 200 ft away

The hotel is brand new , the room was comfortable clean and cozy , good location and great room view to the sea . Definitely i recommend this hotel in Antofagasta.

Desde el Estero check in en el lobby de 45 minutos porque si no pido que traigan mas gente a a tender la larga fila hubiese estado solo una persona estresada attended, hasta las largas filas para tomar el ascensor, sin capacidad para estacionar. Duchas sin agua caliente solo un poco tibias. Pensaba que por ser un Hilton o un by Hilton podría ser bueno le evaluó como mala y no pésima o terrible porque el personal que nos atendió hizo su mayor esfuerzo
