Reception staff spoke no English, credit card guarantee charged twice and payment wanted to be charged again after already paid. The hotel in a great location, next door to shopping centre, room was huge

A very outdated hotel which is in need of an urgent refurbishment. Rooms and lobby are old and carpet seems dirty. Definitely not inline with the Ascott brand. My friend had a serviced apartment which windows leaked. The curtains seemed in dire need of a clean. Service is good with friendly attentive front desk staff.

Initially I was unaware that the hotel was connected to a mall, so I was wondering for some time in the mall looking for the hotel. Then one of staff recognized I was lost and assisted me and guided me to the hotel. The staff were all amazingly nice. The hotel itself was also great. The fact that the hotel was connected to a mall allowed me to shop and acquire anything I needed when I needed it. On top of that, there were many great and fantastic restaurants within walking distant of one another. I plan on coming back in the future.

Clean room, staffs are friendly and helpful. Very convenient to the metro station by exiting f2 and there is a raffles city right beneath for shopping and eateries.only complaint is the bed too soft & the pillow. Can do washing at level 7

Clean room, air conditioning is good and facing the city view. Staffs are friendly and willing to assist without much difficulties.

Every where was clean and staff always spoke to us .

The staff was exceptionally helpful and the bed and pillows very comfortable in addition to the general comfort. Swimming pool was a bonus. Well located to modern shopping centre with good access to restaurants. Chosen for its easy access in southern Chengdu. Thank you.

Fantastic accommodation!! Perfect for a group of 3/4

Good location, good service

Very poor arrival experience. Due to flight delay, we arrived a day late. We did the right thing and called the hotel that we will be check in a day late, which they acknowledged. Upon arriving, we were told that our room (3 bedrooms) was no longer available and that we had to stay in two separate rooms and then move to a 3 bedroom suite a day later. Further, they told us that our room was considered cancelled! I have paid in full in advance therefore the hotel should have hold the room for us. At no point did we mention we want to cancel our room. It was 11pm and we travelled with two young children and exhausted. It took them almost half and hour to get someone senior to sort out a 3 bedroom for us. The front desk seems to be run by students who had no initiatives, no customer service skills and like robots. Highly disappointing and infuriating situation. In addition, the air conditioning in our room was almost non existence. The AC unit was just blowing the same air out of the vents, which were very noisy and we never had a decent night of sleep. An experience that I would rather forget. Never this hotel again.

Great location although there is a lot of construction in the area. No noise from it but a bit inconvenient to move around it. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room. Overall a very pleasant stay.
