Amazing and helpful staff! Breakfast is good. The gym has a great view of the city. Also, the location is perfect, right next to tons of Chinese and Western restaurants and the metro. I will be staying here every time I'm in Shenzhen

After stayed in many hotels, I feel that the highlight lies in services. Grand Skyline offers excellent services. The check-in service is efficient, and the two booked rooms are adjusted to the same floor. Thanks for the staff help. Later, I want to stay an extra night. Yongqi (Una) Chen at the front desk was very considerate and patiently assisted me. She also gave me the most favorable price and helped on all the requirements. My parents hung clothes in their room, and the cleaning lady took the initiative to bring in a cloth-drying-rack when she saw it. It was really considerate. The service is excellent here and I will choose to stay here next time 酒店服务很好，特别是前台永淇，我们办理续住时，她主动积极服务，感谢，点赞👍

This hotel has the worst communication, didn’t bother to reply messages sent to them. Even Expedia staff can’t get hold of them with the number & instead Expedia asked me to call them directly with the same number that no one answered. Few recep staff can hardly speak English. Recep staff, though not rude, are all very unfriendly ... gave me only 1 keycard instead of 2 citing no more left ... Would be good if hotel train the staff on customer service especially on the basic curteousy of replying messages sent to Hotel via Expedia and also at least answer the phone when Expedia calls ...
