El servicio fue excelente y nos gusto lo cerca que nos quedaba la playa y el area en que se localiza el Hotel. Fran nos dio un excelente servicio nos hizo sentir como en casa con su actitud tan positiva y siempre disponible para ayudar en lo que necesitabamos. Muchas gracias Fran!

There is not someone working at night at the hotel so if get there after 11pm good luck

It’s a nice spot to get to know the island. Everything was walking distance and our evening staff was awesome by recommending great places!

We were very disappointed with Ataraxy, we could not make it to our trip, my wife was hospitalize suddenly we notify Expidia and the hotel and Expidia was very nice to try to get a credit for us but Ataraxy will not accepted. we had other hotels booked and with the same situation they were understanding and gave us credit. We still are planning our trip but will not stay at Ataraxy. We felt no compassion or sympathy together unseen circumstances. We appreciate Expidia who did a great job with cancel all our bookings. Thanks

Nice staff always willing to help. Small room but clean, beds a little old, wifi does not work in rooms.

Really enjoyed my stay. The entire staff were very nice and friendly.

Staff ver nice. Room adequate. We had a problem with water leaking into the bathroom from somewhere, so we had water on the floor all the time. The air conditioner couldn’t dry up the humidity in the room. The staff kept coming in to shut the ac off, when we left the room. No hot water for showers. Reason given was, because of Covid. Very good location, middle of downtown. Lots of restaurants and a very short distance to the beach. No buffet breakfast, as advertised! Not bad for the money we paid.

In short: I do not recommend it. Why? Well, in essence I have the following comments regarding the hotel: 1. The service is actually very good. Quite above average, and that needs to be emphasized. In relation to the attention of the hotel staff and their hospitality I have no complaints. 2. The cleanliness of the bathrooms and common areas is not the best. Moisture stains, smell of paint in the rooms, washbasin, etc.. The restaurant also does not have the best possible cleanliness, the chairs are dirty, the tables are dirty and the floor with clear signs of not having been properly cleaned, dirty windows all the time and everywhere .... 3. The air conditioner leaks water inside the room, which makes the humidity issue even more serious. In short, the hotel has the potential to be good if they improve the cleanliness and maintenance in general, but as it is now, it is not the best option for the price they ask. I would like to highlight, however, the excellent attention we received from the staff.

Very quiet ar night. Comfortable beds and great service.

The property is showing its age. Shower infinity nozel had 20 holes, 5 worked. Dirt or grime in the divider. No elevator, no porter so i walked up 3 flights with no help. Breakfast @8am but 2 tables not set until 830 with 8 people waiting.

I really like this hotel, small but very comfortable. The breakfast is exactly what you need to start your day.

The staff service need training at least basic to provide customer service to the guest. The last day I make recommendations due the way we was received. Lack communication along staff because I paid for vip room included breakfast and We ever received one so we decided buy outside.be aware before booking.

Pesimo lugar. En la habitacion numero 7 q nos correspondia no servia la chapa de la puerta del baño.. el aire no enfria.. no sirve el cable para ver television... tampoco nos reasignaron otra habitacion. No dieron ninguna solucion. Ni siquiera la minima muestra de querer atender los inconvenientes a pesar de que se le dieron a conocer a la recepcionista a medio dia ..llegamos 10 pm y no habia nada solucionado a las 11 y 30 de la noche me toco salir de ese lugar con mi hermana y mi padre con maletas a caminar y buscar otro hotel donde quedarnos ...importante tener en cuenta que estaban en dias de toque de queda por este motivo todo estaba cerrado desde las 8 pm y ellos nos informaron apenas llegamos es decir que si sabian...pesimas pesimas condiciones. No recomendado tengan cuidado ademas las fotos que estsn el el app nada de eso es verdad. Disculpen pero no quisiera que las demas personas pierdan su dinero y arruinen su viaje por q eso es perdida de tiempo y dinero

Pictures of the courtyard are a bit deceiving. There were chicken walking carelessly all over the place, and I was lucky enough to step in poop at some point. Room was quite nice and clean, with a comfortable bed and working aircon. There was only cold water running in the shower - but I guess that's the case for the whole island and we expected that so it didn't bother us too much. Also, there were signs of mould on the walls in the bathroom and the sink tap wasn't working properly. Moreover, during the night it got very noisy - cleaning ladies were chatting and laughing very loud early in the morning and it seemed as if neighbours were throwing stuff onto our room's roof. Breakfast consisted of only three same fruit types, juice, two bread slices with butter and jam and scrambled eggs (probably 2) - every day. Wifi was barely working - in our last day we needed to print our plane tickets and kindly asked the guy at the reception to do this for us - we ended up turning on a hotspot for him so he could download them as he wasn't able to do it on wifi. On checkout they tried to charge us two extra room-service drinks that we did not consume. I would like to mention that we are not at all picky when it comes to accommodations. However, the overall feeling we left with was bad and I would say the service and customer care standards should be much higher for the price paid (70e/night)

Great hotel overall. Near the beach and restaurants. Only complain is that they did not have beach towels.
