This is one of my favorite hotels in Bogota, not only for its value and proximity to the airport, but also for the staff and their ability to help. I was recently here and very ill. They have an on-call doctor to come and see you in your room, at no extra charge. They would come to my room to handle payments and other items because I couldn’t get out of bed. No to mention it’s in a great neighborhood and close to Salitre Plaza Centro Comercial (mall). The breakfast buffet is complete and replenished regularly. I highly recommend the GHL Hotel Capital to any who wants the amenities of a finer hotel, with some rooms being a little dated, but not dirty in any way. Also, I recommend the Junior Suite for a very large, comfortable room at an affordable price for the space you receive.

The room toilet was not working properly. In addition, it wasn’t set correctly and too close to the wall. The elevator was broken and therefore only one elevator was working. This happen last time I stayed here. They always have an excuse why it’s broken. It’s a pattern. The pros are, excellent breakfast and great staff. Bell staff is great.
