Breakfast was ok, but the room was not as good as usual (very small bathroom, and they continue with just one elevator after 7 months of my last visit.

Everything was perfect

This hotel personal and staff and very kind and nice, food is great especially Karla

Breakfast diner were great at the Hotel , excelent staff , Clean room , and tv with excellent Chanel’s

The staff was extremely attentive!!! I loved the area that it is located in and it has security on the exits of the lobby. The breakfast was unbelievably good!!

Aspecto externo del hotel bien, pero la habitación y su baño no son aptas para huéspedes (baño con una bañera muy deteriorada que ni siquiera funcionaba, y el colchón de la cama era un "catre"). No recomiendo alojarse en este hotel

Es bueno el hotel pero está un poco viejo. En nuestro cuarto por ejemplo se reventó un grifo y las puertas estaban medio dañadas por humedades

This is one of my favorite hotels in Bogota, not only for its value and proximity to the airport, but also for the staff and their ability to help. I was recently here and very ill. They have an on-call doctor to come and see you in your room, at no extra charge. They would come to my room to handle payments and other items because I couldn’t get out of bed. No to mention it’s in a great neighborhood and close to Salitre Plaza Centro Comercial (mall). The breakfast buffet is complete and replenished regularly. I highly recommend the GHL Hotel Capital to any who wants the amenities of a finer hotel, with some rooms being a little dated, but not dirty in any way. Also, I recommend the Junior Suite for a very large, comfortable room at an affordable price for the space you receive.

I had a great experience staying at GHL Hotel Capital Bogotá. The staff was amazing throughout my stay very friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and overall a great place to stay. The only downside was that the rooms do not have air conditioning. I was told this is common and that locals are used to it, but as a tourist, it was definitely a drawback. To their credit, the hotel did offer fans, which I appreciated, but the room still felt hot especially since the windows had to stay closed because of the street noise outside. Aside from that, it was a wonderful stay, and the excellent service from the staff really stood out.

Great location near to Saltire Plaza and many other Restaurants Pharmacies Banks, but it is very loud due to its location between 3 big avenues.

Quisieron cambiarme de habitación a mitad del día, yo estaba en una conferencia. Me acosaron desde 3 números distintos de manera insistente, a pesar de mi negativa a que ingresen a la habitación. Me fui a otro hotel a pasar la 2da noche. Inviable este lugar, NO LO RECOMIENDO. Evítenlo sin dudas.

We did not have a good experience as they charged us a tax fee since our passport wasn’t stamped us we used the biometric entrance. We don’t believe this was right as we had all other proof needed to avoid this tax. We are an elderly couple and tried to communicate our concern but it was disregarded without care for the customer.
