Had a great time here. Didn’t realise my room rate included executive lounge. The staff were very friendly and helpful there e.g. got us a takeaway breakfast when we needed to leave at 5am for our flight.

I paid 260 dollars for a room with a shower that did not work. Water would come out for about 10 seconds, and then it would completely stop coming out. The AC in the room didn’t work either. I arrived at the hotel at 1:00am, after a very long day of traveling, and decided that my sleep was more important that taking a shower and/or having to move rooms. The next day when I went to check out, I brought it up to the people at the front desk, and Instead of apologizing, they tried to tell me that it was my fault for not making them aware of the issue as soon as I realized there were issues with the room. The staff members at the front desk were rude and dismissive. I will never stay at this hotel again!

The room had a very nice view and was clean. Internet was not good in the room and I had to use my cellular data the all time. The shower trims and silicone joint were old and breaking down while you take a shower, nothing terrible but not a 5 star hotel standard. The staff was very nice and helpful. Side note: we arrived early after an overnight flight and they told us our room was available… but we had to pay 200$ if we want to get it a but earlier. I understand there are corporate policies, but it is not good business practice in my opinion. Marriott would have gave us the room a few hours early just to be welcoming. No one was using the room! Maybe I will stay with Marriott next time. When you book 5 star hotel you expect the little attentions we did not get at this hotel.

Pro: staff and facilities were top notch. went out of their way to make every little detail work out! con: sliding bathroom door was loud and outside the closet so a shower steamed my clothes I highly recommend this place
