Muy buen hotel, muy buena experiencia.

La habitación excelente. Las instalaciones muy buenas El único inconveniente por llamarlo así fue que pagué el desayuno pero estaba en cita con la embajada de Japón que queda al lado y llegué al desayuno a las 10.10 y ya lo habían retirado a las 10.00 y pedí que si podía ser posible algo rápido huevos y café y me dijeron que no, que se debía pagar… ????? De resto el bar increíble y muy bien ubicado

Excelente servicio

The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom in particular was spotless and well appointed. Staff were friendly and the hotel felt very secure. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We paid approximately £35 for 2 persons to have breakfast and use of the Executive Lounge, which was excellent value. Breakfast was generous and had a good selection available (including lots of fresh fruit and eggs cooked to order). The Executive Lounge offered 2 hours of alcoholic drinks between 5-7 (including wine, beers, gin, rum etc). The snacks provided were substantial (pizza, mini sandwiches etc).

Objetivamente: Fiz reserva de DOIS quartos para acomodar 4 pessoas adultas em uma ocasião especial - aniversários de 18 anos. No check-in, sem dar qualquer explicação, acomodaram as quatro pessoas em UM único quarto, com duas camas de casal - acabando com qualquer possibilidade de conforto e privadidade e arruinando todo o planejamento de comemorações. Para concluir, não honraram o late checka-out que foi combinado para as 14:00 horas, em atenção ao fato de que o check-in aconteceu apenas às 23:00 horas. Ou seja: O padrão Hilton simplesmente ruiu.

Great room! Loved the restroom / shower… and the breakfast was the best part of the stay! So many choices and great tasting options. I will be coming back just to eat breakfast again! Loved this place. Was a perfect Valentine’s stay for my wife and I. Almost forgot, the cool rooftop Bar with nice views and great food! This was a great location as well. Will definitely make this my go to spot in Bogota!

The check-in process was okay and efficient. The lobby area looks nice, and the luggage service was very good and professional. Unfortunately, the room itself was disappointing. It felt very outdated and old-fashioned, and it was uncomfortably cold. The in-room heating did not work at all. The photos online look significantly better than the actual condition of the room. It also took an unusually long time for hot water to arrive, and once it did, the water pressure was almost nonexistent. There was visible mold in the bathroom, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. In addition, there was a very unpleasant smell throughout the corridors. The odor on the third floor in particular was overwhelming and made the entire floor feel poorly maintained. Breakfast was rather average and below expectations for a Hilton property. On top of that, I was charged 19% VAT despite arriving with a Swiss passport, which added to the frustration. Overall, this hotel does not meet the standards one would expect from Hilton at this price point
