The neighborhood is safe and everything is within walking distance. I liked it!
The staff was friendly. However, the appartment had some things that needed repair. There were holes in the linoleum floor in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. The windows in the main room didn’t lock properly. The washer was only partially secured and was hanging loose. The walk-in closet in the main room and the curtains was slightly damaged. The water, despite having a heater, was very cold whenever both bathrooms were in use or when the kitchen tap was on. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned, the night lamp, TV, and nightstand were dusty, etc. I informed the receptionist, but nothing was done during my stay.
I inspected the room when I arrived and took pictures, and sent these to the receptionist as the statement says you will be charged for any damages.
I would have appreciated if the pictures were accurate so I could have decided beforehand whether to accept it or not.

The room doors all squeak loud when you open them. The AC units are also very loud and at night it makes it difficult to stay asleep.
The area is great ! Delicious and trendy restaurant options.
