My family and I stayed here for two weeks, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The apartment was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and very family-friendly. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The staff was outstanding throughout our stay. They were always friendly, responsive, and available whenever we needed assistance, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The location is one of the property's biggest strengths. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, as well as a nearby mall with a large supermarket, making it very convenient. Despite being in such a central area, the apartment was surprisingly quiet. Having stayed in Medellín several times before, I know how busy and noisy some areas can be, so I was impressed by how peaceful this location was while still providing easy access to the city. This is an excellent choice for families with children. The area felt safe, and the apartment provided a comfortable environment to relax after a day of exploring. One tip for future guests: if you plan to rent a car, reserve a parking space before arriving. The property only has six parking spaces available, and they fill up quickly. Overall, this was one of our best stays in Medellín. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and conveniently located place to stay.

The staff was very friendly—Juliana, in particular, was very kind. There is a security company with a 24/7 guard in the building across the street.

No central AC and none at all in living areas.

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful, only issue was the elevator was not working for our final few days and that was difficult because we were traveling with babies in a double stroller

The room was clean and well presented. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed. Only part i didnt like was the TVs were old and out of date so i couldnt play Netflix or any other streaming app which made it difficult since we had children with us but the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. I would suggest getting a binder with tourist recommendations for those of us that are not from Colombia.

Overall our stay with Housy was great! Location is perfect and safe. Will definitely stay here again.

The neighborhood is safe and everything is within walking distance. I liked it! The staff was friendly. However, the appartment had some things that needed repair. There were holes in the linoleum floor in 2 out of the 3 bedrooms. The windows in the main room didn’t lock properly. The washer was only partially secured and was hanging loose. The walk-in closet in the main room and the curtains was slightly damaged. The water, despite having a heater, was very cold whenever both bathrooms were in use or when the kitchen tap was on. The room had not been thoroughly cleaned, the night lamp, TV, and nightstand were dusty, etc. I informed the receptionist, but nothing was done during my stay. I inspected the room when I arrived and took pictures, and sent these to the receptionist as the statement says you will be charged for any damages. I would have appreciated if the pictures were accurate so I could have decided beforehand whether to accept it or not.
