Top-tier service and a great stay. Spent a few days here with some friends and had an excellent experience. What really sets this place apart is the team. From the staff at the front desk to the manager, everyone was incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They’re highly attentive and sharp—they anticipate what you need and take care of everything seamlessly, which made the whole stay completely stress-free. Great atmosphere, fantastic hospitality, and a well-run operation overall. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Highly recommended

Very nice hotel . Jessica the concierge was very helpful with all our reservations and excursions. The front desk people were helpful too. The hotel is located at walking distance of everything. Highly recommended for everyone I’ll stay in the hotel again.

had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. Customer service was practically nonexistent, and every simple request felt like a problem for them. The room itself was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The bathroom was not maintained well, and the overall condition of the hotel did not match the expectations or the price paid. On top of that, the hotel seems to charge extra fees for everything, which made the entire stay stressful instead of enjoyable. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, or decent hospitality.
