I enjoyed my stay at The Charlee Hotel in Medellín. The staff was excellent throughout the trip and always helpful. The breakfast was simple but decent and a good way to start the day. The gym equipment is a little outdated, but the area was kept very clean and well maintained by the staff. I also appreciated the guest policy because it felt safe while still being relaxed enough for my family to visit comfortably. The hotel’s location made Uber pickup and drop off very easy, and there were plenty of convenient restaurants nearby. Overall, a great experience and I would stay again.

Everything was perfect friendly staff, great amenities

We loved the rooftop pool and the breakfast a lot. Some streets nearby are closed to traffic and very well shaded with old grow trees make morning walks super fun. The hotel is very well designed, and the staff are tremendous. We’ll return, and highly recommend the Charlee.

Eddie was amazingggg!!! All of the staff was so kind and so helpful. Excellent location! The restaurant food was very good.

Ubicado en zona de muchísima prostitucion , la concierge fue una excelente persona, muy atenta y servicial de nombre Jessica. Sin embargo una persona (mujer) que nos atendió en la recepción mató la atención que habíamos recibido , porque se portó de una manera muy brusca, no me gustó para nada su tono de hablar . El hotel muestra fotos lindas en expedía, pero la realidad si te decepciona , . A mi me gustan los buenos hospedajes , en este hotel definitivamente no vuelvo a quedarme .

La persona que nos atendió en recepción es pésima No tiene capacidad para estar en esa posición Se revuelve en las explicaciones y aparte cerrado no da opciones para los dieferentes problemas que surgieron

Estuve por 3 noches en este hotel y me encanto todo. Ubicacion cuarto. Cama. Todo estuvo exelente. Jessica desde el primer momento que llegue. Fue super amable y de mucha ayuda en lo q podia hacer en la coudad. Super recomendado

Super más experiencia con el personal de recepción!! No estregaron la habitación hasta q llegó la hora de las 3:00 pm !! Primera vez q me pasa en un hotel 5 estrellas !! Cuando anduvimos con un niño despierto desde la madrugada !! La agua de la ducha se salía en todo el baño , todavía cuando hicimos check out el personal no ayudaron a bajar las maletas por las escaleras .

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Medellín. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were always friendly, helpful, and professional. The check-in process was smooth and they were happy to answer questions and give recommendations for things to do around the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was great, the shower had good water pressure, and everything in the room worked perfectly. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the room fresh every day. One of the best parts of the stay was the location. It was close to restaurants, nightlife, and transportation, making it easy to explore Medellín and enjoy everything the city has to offer. Medellín is known for its vibrant culture and nightlife, especially in areas like El Poblado, which many travelers prefer for convenience and safety. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Medellín who wants a comfortable, clean place with excellent service
