Aitutaki Escape

Nice breakfast each morning. Bed was comfortable and clean.

Loved our time at Escape Aitutaki. The house was beautiful and had all the necessary facilities. We had our own private deck and pool at the back which was lovely. Great place to relax and enjoy the sea view. Thomas and Lizzy were very friendly and helpful as were the staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Aitutaki Escape Villas we’re stunning, the buildings themselves were spacious, unique, private and luxurious. Thomas, Lizzy and the team were friendly, helpful, informative and generous hosts. The location and activities available from Aitutaki and the villas were perfectly suited to people who enjoy a relaxed holiday whilst making the most of the natural beauty and water based experiences. Highly recommended for a 4 day stay. Breakfast, delivered to the villas were extremely generous and delicious. Thank you Thomas, Lizzy and the Aitutaki Escape Team.

Paradise is the best way to describe this beautiful serene place. The units have their own slice of beach, and a beautiful pool as well. Wonderful facilities, natural timbers, & stone featured through out the unit. The hosts are fantastic, and having dinner under the stars is just one of the many things they are most willing to arrange for you, nothing is too much trouble. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Simply bliss.

The Aitutaki Escape villas are found in a stunningly beautiful South Pacific island location set among the palms on the edge of the lagoon. It is a couples only luxury retreat. The villas each has its own private coral-walled pool on one side and the Aitutaki lagoon on the other. The wood frame and palm roofed villa has that rustic island charm everyone looks for and, whilst showing a little wear hear and there, is well-maintained and importantly is cleaned and tidied every day (except for Sundays). The villa is very roomy with all the mod-con appliances you will need in a serviced apartment. Thankfully, air-conditioning is available in the lounge and bedroom for those hot days or when you need to retreat from the mosquitoes. Breakfast is served in-room everyday (including Sundays) and is all you'd need to start your day. The Escape operates a small restaurant on-site around the reception but booking well in advance is a must as it can be closed if no bookings are made. The menu served is simply first class. The staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful on everything. On top of the great villa, the best things were the view, the pool, the location and ultimately the privacy - perfect for couples.

We stayed at Aitutaki Escape for 4 nights in September 2017. The location is very private, and the accommodation was perfect. We've stayed in many beach villas across the Pacific, and Aitutaki Escape is probably our favorite, mainly because of it's stunning location, the 100% privacy, the sunsets, and the standard of accommodation. Our hosts (Thomas and his family) were there to answer any of our questions, and provide guidance when we needed it, but at the same time providing us with privacy.

Because of the mosquito problem we had to keep the doors closed as there were no fly screens on them.

Lovely place to relax. Helpful owners and all amenities.

Quiet getaway. Each room has a private pool, as well as secluded access to the beach on the lagoon, with canoes. The villa is a delightful, open, airy design with lots of window. Staff are lovely, friendly and will arrange anything that's possible on the island for their guests.
