The staff was excellent. Special shout out to Jorge and Julio. Jorge fixed something in our room and Julio was a great server. There was a little girl selling bracelets and he was very Jo d to her and made sure she had enough water.
The cleaning staff brought us extra towels every day. And the manager (or owner) let me use the printer in his office and was very patient.
Breakfast was good and the room was clean. The condition of the rooms was not great. The rooms were a little run down, but I think I was paying for proximity to the ocean, amenities, not so much.

The hotel, restaurant, and bar are beachside. Rooms are steps away from the black sand beach of Playa Coco. Everything is happening from here. Your fishing, catamaran, and scuba tours all begin and end here!
The no-frills room are clean and maid service happens everyday. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and hard-working. The parking lot is attended for security. It is important to know that the hotel is on the beach and boardwalk; the nights are quite loud and the morning comes early. The food at the restaurant is exceptional and well-presented. Guests get a free breakfast from the menu everyday. Labie is a member of the waitstaff who stands out as willing to go above and beyond for guests. The friendly bartender Kacie uses fresh fruit to make the drinks of your dreams. ¡Pura Vida!

The staff at the hotel are amazing! Great breakfast is included. The rooms are very basic with two queen beds with sheets for bedding. The AC worked great. The shower does not have hot water but the bathroom was clean and had fresh towels every day. The location is absolutely gorgeous and it’s perfect for walking around town.
