Everything was great staff room and location

The hotel, restaurant, and bar are beachside. Rooms are steps away from the black sand beach of Playa Coco. Everything is happening from here. Your fishing, catamaran, and scuba tours all begin and end here! The no-frills room are clean and maid service happens everyday. The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and hard-working. The parking lot is attended for security. It is important to know that the hotel is on the beach and boardwalk; the nights are quite loud and the morning comes early. The food at the restaurant is exceptional and well-presented. Guests get a free breakfast from the menu everyday. Labie is a member of the waitstaff who stands out as willing to go above and beyond for guests. The friendly bartender Kacie uses fresh fruit to make the drinks of your dreams. ¡Pura Vida!

The housekeeper that tended to our rooms was polite, friendly, kind and professional and ensured our needs were met for the entire week. Bartenders were professional and friendly as well. Made great drinks The cooks provided excellent meals. But the food servers seemed liked they wanted to be anywhere but there. Except for the gentle that served us he was tentative and responsive to or table.

The staff at the hotel are amazing! Great breakfast is included. The rooms are very basic with two queen beds with sheets for bedding. The AC worked great. The shower does not have hot water but the bathroom was clean and had fresh towels every day. The location is absolutely gorgeous and it’s perfect for walking around town.

Loved the area the ppl. Nice room. Good AC..great and friendly service ..I missed not having comfirtable loungers by the ocean to have a nap on in the hot afternoons. Also missed hot water in the shower it was luke warm. But the price was low so im not complaining. Great restaurant right on the beach with reasonably priced food 👌

Great location for beach view, would find another place to stay next time, price was pretty cheap

We were not expecting the Ritz Carlton, but this hotel fell very short of expectations. At check-in, they said it was not pre-paid and tried to charge us again. Had to show the Expedia paperwork and the credit card transaction. There was only a sheet on the bed; no blanket or spread. There were two small bath towels - no washcloth, hand towel or bath mat. And the worst part was that we woke up with several bug bites. Horrible.

The restaurant was very convenient . The food was good and the service was excellent
