This hotels isn't a perfect location, 10 minutes walk from all the downtown attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was spectacular, super hot showers, incredibly helpful front desk staff. And there's an amazing Thai massage place within two minutes walk

I appreciated the proximity to the downtown area and the main bus station. Very pleasant reception staff-Jan. Excellent choice of food for breakfast. Delicious Bajadera cake, definitely worth trying.

Very comfortable room and good selection of amenities available. I loved the fact there was filtered water machine in the corridor where we could refill out jug. Food in the restaurant was good as well

Sticky hardwood floors, an unclean toilet seat, hair on the tiles, rust in the bathroom, polyester sheets, and no trash bin liners. Felt like a 3-star hotel quality at best. The worst hotel in Zagreb I’ve stayed in.

The room was too warm and there was no way to cool it down other than opening the window but the window can't be kept open at night because there's too much noise from the street. The employees really tried to help, but unfortunately there wasn't anything they could do. At the time I booked, the cost of the shuttle was advertised as 34 euros, but after I booked the room, when I tried to book the shuttle, I was told it would cost 50 euros (the listing has since been updated to 45 euros). A taxi from the airport cost us 28 euros. Breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold, sweet and savoury items. They close the buffet exactly to the minute though, so make sure you watch the time.
