The breakfest was very good and the staff were great and helpful. Love how everything was close, like the bus station, many restaurants and more.

The staff at check in & check out were not very friendly it helpful. But in between that Matthew was on duty & he went above and beyond to help us! The beach & views at hotel are fabulous. Short walk to restaurants & walking trail along the sea.

The Hotel Vis located in Lapad, a short bus ride to the ‘Old Town’ is the perfect location right on the sea. Our room was a Sea View and it’s incredible.. a must if staying. The staff were very friendly, reception, catering and cleaning 👏👏👏 Checked in in two minutes, room ready early, very clean and everything we needed. Plenty of options for both breakfast and dinner. Will definitely stay again.

Great location and there’s a bus to the Old Town right outside. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice with views to the beach (but not our room). We were placed in a room which overlooked the loading dock and where staff took their breaks. Unfortunately, this meant it was loud all day and night, with floodlights all night. Couldn’t be out on the deck due to smoking staff. Recommend the hotel, but not our room.

First time in Dubrovnik, Hotel Vis made my stay SO EASY and comfortable!! The staff were so friendly and helpful, helping me get to and from the airport, and to and from downtown/Old City Dubrovnik. The hotel room and bathroom were the cleanest I've ever experienced, and the price was really reasonable. The hotel has direct access to the beach, easy walking to restaurants, and a bus stop across the street. Great for carless travel. Highly recommend Hotel Vis!!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Vis. We could park our rental car outside the hotel itself for €15 a day, so we knew it was safe. We then caught a bus from right outside the hotel in to the Old City, a ten minute ride and the buses went frequently. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room overlooked the bay which we loved, and it had a small balcony. But the hotel is a bit tired, and sometimes we had no hot water in our bathroom, depending on the time of day. The breakfast was incredible, so much choice, we really were impressed by the variety and quality. The beach itself is pebbly and so it was tricky to swim. Swim shoes would have been useful. We were there for two nights in October at the end of the tourist season.

Vary the breakfast every other day. We stayed for 6 days and after the 3rd day a change I menu would be nice

Lovely place to stay right on the beach

Hotel staff were amazing and very helpful . Lovely view from my hotel room, cleaning everyday. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Love Croatia and the people ❤️

Room is spacious but bathroom especially shower is very limited in space. Bed was uncomfortable. There are two rugs in the room that are filthy, one on each side of the bed. We moved one under the bed but the other one we cannot move, one end of the rug was glued to the floor. We actually found this a fall hazzard. We’re giving this facility a 4* for the friendly and helpful staff, also for the good breakfast included in the price.

Lovely location and staff!! Breakfast was great! Hotel definitely needs a up lift as showing years of wear and tear. Had sea view room with balcony which was a bonus.

Very old hotel. rooms were ok but the rug was nasty.
